The 6th International Symposium on Production and Establishment
of Micropropagated Plants is pleased to announce a special call
for the Scientific Competition aimed specifically for PhD students
(and young people who have earned a PhD for less than one year)
to present their abstract.
The call for abstract is open till October 15, 2014.
The student abstract should include one of the following themes:
• Understanding in vitro growth
• Managing micropropagation process
• Rooting and establishment of micropropagated plantlets
• Micropropagation industry: new niches and roles for
tissue culture companies
Candidates should contact our Organising committee
([email protected]) and specify that they intend to apply for the
award. They are requested to send the abstracts and to indicate
the preferred session using the Abstract Form downloadable by
our webpage (http://www.regflor.it/ISHS2015/guidelines). As well
a short CV (2 pages maximum) should be provided.
The winner will be invited to present his/her work in the
conference with registration fee support (travel cost and
accommodation are the responsibility of the participant).
A Panel of judges will evaluate the scientific quality, originality,
topic significance and the relevance to the congress themes. Final
decision will be published after November 15, 2014 and the
winner will be informed directly by the committee.
