Il CAMPIONATO NAZIONALE 2014 è affiliato ECAHO, Classi con più di 16 cavalli potranno essere divise,
classi con meno di 3 cavalli partecipanti saranno unite. Il concorso sarà organizzato conformemente al
regolamento dei concorsi stabilito dalla EAHSC 2014 (allegato, e visibile sul sito ufficiale della ECAHO:
www.ecaho.org.) Il Comitato Organizzatore si riserva il diritto di apportare modifiche al programma ed in genere a
quanto esposto nelle informazioni, in qualsiasi momento lo ritenga opportuno per la buona riuscita della
manifestazione.
CONDIZIONI DI PARTECIPAZIONE:
Campionato Nazionale Possono partecipare tutti i cavalli che siano stati regolarmente iscritti all’ANICA entro il
termine d’iscrizione del concorso (1 settembre 2014) tutti i cavalli dovranno essere di proprietà di Soci effettivi
A.N.I.C.A., in regola con i pagamenti delle quote ed i servizi associativi. Al Campionato Nazionale i cavalli
importati potranno partecipare se entrati in Italia non oltre il 1° gennaio 2014, (E’ comunque ammessa la
partecipazione di cavalli rientrati da esportazione per leasing o importati anche dopo il 1 gennaio se nati in Italia)
nessuna qualifica è richiesta per partecipare al Campionato Nazionale.
Le Categorie Futurity non sono affiliate ECAHO, sono aperte a tutti i puledri nati in Italia nel 2014 che abbiamo
almeno 30 giorni alla data della competizione, la cui domanda di registrazione (MOD IIB, CRINE, CIF) sia stata
regolarmente depositata all’ANICA entro il termine di iscrizione del concorso. I puledri dovranno risultare provvisti
di microchip e passaporto o da copia del Mod. IIb e CIF.
tutti i soggetti partecipanti dovranno essere in possesso di regolare passaporto WAHO e, ove previsto
dalle normative vigenti, di microchip tutti i cavalli dovranno essere coperti da assicurazione (RC)
METODO DI GIUDIZIO DEL CAMPIONATO NAZIONALE
Tre giudici che assegneranno ognuno punti da 0 a 20 con mezzo punto per: tipicità, testa e collo, dorso e
armonia, arti, movimento. A parità di punteggio, nelle categorie preliminari verrà applicato il metodo 2b indicato
dalle norme EAHSC. (Regola 2b: il piazzamento migliore verrà dato con il maggior punteggio in tipicità. Se
sussiste ancora parità, si prenderà in esame il maggior punteggio in movimento ed in caso di ulteriore parità si
procederà con la regola 2°. Regola 2a: i cavalli con pari punteggio saranno chiamati nel ring e piazzati allineati
uno di fronte all’altro. I giudici senza conferire, scriveranno ognuno la loro preferenza. Il piazzamento migliore
verrà assegnato al cavallo con più preferenze. Se sussisterà parità lo spareggio verrà sorteggiato un giudice che
scioglierà il pari merito)
CAMPIONATO: Ogni campionato verrà giudicato per comparazione, indipendentemente e a prescindere dai
risultati ottenuti in categoria. I primi ed i secondi classificati di ogni categoria si qualificano per il campionato
finale. I primi classificati si allineeranno in ordine di età in una fila, i secondi classificati si allineeranno dietro di
essi nello stesso. I giudici esamineranno tutti i cavalli individualmente piazzati e quindi al trotto. I giudici non
possono conferire fra di loro. Il Gold Medal Champion sarà selezionato dalla prima fila, tra i primi classificati, con
voto scritto su apposita scheda. Il cavallo che totalizzerà più scelte sarà il campione. In caso di spareggio si
qualificherà come Gold Medal Champion il cavallo che ha totalizzato più punti in categoria. In caso di ulteriore
pareggio, verrà applicata la regola per lo spareggio delle categorie. Una volta scelto il Gold Medal Champion,
verrà scelto il Silver Medal nello stesso modo tra i restanti primi e secondi classificati e così anche il Bronze
Medal. Qualora un cavallo primo in categoria non partecipasse al campionato, il cavallo classificato secondo in
categoria avanzerà il suo piazzamento e verrà giudicato insieme ai restanti primi classificati e tutti i restanti cavalli
qualificati in categoria avanzeranno di una posizione ma, nessun cavallo che originariamente non si fosse
qualificato potrà prendere il posto vacante. Se un primo classificato dovesse essere espulso dal ring dai giudici
per qualsiasi motivo, sarà considerato come avente partecipato al campionato e quindi i restanti cavalli
manterranno la loro posizione senza avanzare di classifica. Sostituzioni per primi o secondi classificati assenti
con terzi classificati o piazzamenti inferiori non saranno permessi. Tutti i cavalli che si qualificano per i rispettivi
campionati, dovranno prendere parte al campionato diversamente senza una certificazione veterinaria che ne
certifichi una motivata assenza, il cavallo verrà squalificato dallo show ed il suo punteggio e qualifica in 7
categoria verranno cancellati, inoltre il cavallo verrà squalificato dagli show per un periodo di un anno dalla data
dello show. Nel caso di squalifica, i cavalli piazzati dietro al cavallo squalificato avanzeranno di un posto in
categoria ma non avranno titolo per partecipare al campionato.
ISCRIZIONI
Le iscrizioni devono PERVENIRE alla Segreteria A.N.I.C.A. entro il 01 settembre 2014. Le iscrizioni verranno
accettate fino ad esaurimento box e solo se accompagnate dalla tariffa di iscrizione. Non si effettuano rimborsi
per variazioni o cancellazioni di iscrizioni comunicate oltre il termine di iscrizione.
GARE MONTATE:
ANICA organizzerà tre gare montate con montepremi complessivo di € 3.000,00. Le prove saranno:
Pole Bending (€ 1.000,00), Barrel Racing (€ 1.000,00) Dressage (€ 1.000,00). Suddivisione del montepremi:
(1° € 500,00, al 2° € 300,00 al 3° € 200,00)

FUTURITY (categorie non ECAHO)
Possono partecipare i puledri/e nati in Italia nel 2014 che abbiamo un’età minima di 30 giorni alla data della
competizione, la cui richiesta di registrazione sia stata completata e depositata in segreteria ANICA entro la data
di chiusura delle iscrizioni (1 settembre). I puledri dovranno essere provvisti di microchip e passaporto o copia
della documentazione trasmessa alla segreteria (MOD IIB, CIF). Per la presentazione dei puledri valgono le
regole di presentazione dei concorsi E.C.A.H.O.; la madre del puledro dovrà accompagnare il puledro nel ring di
presentazione, se lo stesso è di età inferiore ai 6 mesi. I puledri dovranno essere presentati tassativamente con
capezza al passo, piazzati e al trotto. E' vietato l'utilizzo, per i puledri dell'anno, di capezze con metallo e con
catene. E' possibile tosare il corpo o parti di esso (es. tosatura parziale della testa e del collo) tranne nella zona
intorno agli occhi e al muso. Compreso esportazione con metodo epilatorio e depilatorio dei peli tattili. I puledri
devono essere tenuti alla mano durante la cerimonia di premiazione
Il metodo di giudizio per le categorie Futurity (non ECAHO) è il metodo per comparazione.
Ogni giudice stilerà individualmente la propria classifica dal primo al 3° o 5° classificato (in base al numero dei
cavalli iscritti) la segreteria assegnerà poi ad ogni singola classifica 10 punti per il primo, 6 punti al secondo, 4
punti al terzo 2 punti al quarto ed un punto al 5°. La classifica finale è data dalla somma delle classifiche di ogni
singolo giudice. Verranno premiati i primi tre classificati di ogni categoria.
REGOLAMENTO PER L’ACCESSO AL RING E PRESENTAZIONE DEI CAVALLI
i cavalli dovranno essere presentati nel prering con almeno 10 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’inizio della categoria.
Per motivi di sicurezza, In occasione del Campionato Nazionale 2014 :
- Ogni cavallo potrà essere accompagnato nel prering da non più di due persone, handler compreso.
- Ogni cavallo potrà essere presentato nel ring da un solo handler
- non saranno ammessi nel prering, ring e zone adiacenti all’area di presentazione azioni di disturbo
di qualsiasi tipo nei confronti dei cavalli in concorso.
CATALOGO
Il catalogo sarà a disposizione del pubblico e degli espositori. Per inserti pubblicitari sul catalogo contattare la

PROVVEDIMENTI DISCIPLINARI
In caso di comportamenti scorretti o abusi sui cavalli, verranno applicati i provvedimenti disciplinari come previsti
dal BLUE BOOK ECAHO 2014.
PREMI
CAMPIONATO NAZIONALE Trofei per i primi 3 cavalli e coccarde per i primi 5 cavalli classificati per ogni
categoria. FUTURITY: trofeo per il primo classificato e coccarde per i primi tre classificati.
ARRIVI E PARTENZE
Gli automezzi adibiti al trasporto animali potranno accedere da giovedì 11 settembre al quartiere
fieristico, l’uscita dal quartiere è prevista dalle ore 19,00 di domenica 13 settembre.
La disposizione dei box sarà comunicata dalla Segreteria A.N.I.C.A. in loco. Provvedimenti
disciplinari verranno adottati nei confronti di coloro che cambieranno la disposizione dei box senza
l’autorizzazione del responsabile organizzatore ANICA.
NORME SANITARIE
REGOLAMENTO SANITARIO 48° MOSTRA DEL CAVALLO - 12-13-14/09/2014
La vigilanza e la profilassi delle malattie infettive nell’ambito della mostra, verranno svolte dal Servizio
Veterinario di Sanità Animale della USLUMBRIA1; gli espositori ed i partecipanti dovranno attenersi
scrupolosamente alle disposizioni che da esso verranno emanate.
Gli automezzi per il trasporto degli animali dovranno essere debitamente autorizzati e comunque
rispettare la normativa vigente riguardante l’autorizzazione al trasporto, inoltre dovranno essere lavati
e disinfettati ed esporre il relativo cartello.
Gli animali non potranno essere ammessi nel quartiere se non sono in possesso dei seguenti
documenti:
1) Documento conforme al Reg. CE n.504/2008 e D.M. 29/12/2009 (PASSAPORTO);
2) Mod. 4 (ROSA) che dovrà essere accuratamente compilato in tutte le sue parti, redatto dal
proprietario dell’animale, dal trasportatore e dal Servizio Veterinario competente per territorio:
3) La Sez. E del MOD 4 (Attestazioni Sanitarie) deve essere compilata dal Servizio Veterinario della
ASL, il quale attesta che:
- gli equidi, oltre alle malattie infettive diffusive della specie, sono privi di manifestazioni cliniche
riferibili a malattie virali respiratorie della specie. (Gli equidi che verranno presentati nel quartiere
fieristico sprovvisti di questa attestazione dovranno essere sottoposti a visita sanitaria prima della
scuderizzazione)
- la vaccinazione antinfluenzale obbligatoria è stata fatta da più di 30 gg e meno di un anno
- Il test di Coggins (Anemia infettiva) deve risultare effettuato da meno di due anni, in tutti i soggetti
con età superiore a dodici mesi.
È fatto obbligo agli espositori di denunciare al servizio sanitario operante nel quartiere ogni
manifestazione clinica anormale che faccia presumere una malattia in atto ed altresì ogni eventuale
caso di morte di animale.
Nel quartiere fieristico saranno a disposizione permanente degli espositori e dei partecipanti, medici
veterinari per prestazioni di assistenza zooiatrica e per il rilascio, ove necessario, di certificazioni.
E’ fatto divieto a chiunque di porre qualsiasi ostacolo all’esercizio della vigilanza, per assicurare la
quale gli accompagnatori dei cavalli, devono dare la massima collaborazione agli operatori del
servizio veterinario durante l’espletamento delle loro funzioni.
Nei casi di accertamento da parte del servizio veterinario di malattie infettive contagiose, o comunque
sospette, l’Associazione Mostra del Cavallo declina ogni e qualsiasi responsabilità derivante dalla
diffusione delle stesse ad altri animali, ferma restando la procedura di legge in conformità
all’ordinamento sanitario per agevolare le operazioni di vigilanza sanitaria.
L’inosservanza di quanto sopra enunciato sarà motivo di immediata ed inappellabile esclusione degli

Rules for Conduct of Shows
1. By participating at a show, show organisers, judges, exhibitors, owners and handlers agree that they
will unconditionally submit themselves and the persons assisting and accompanying them to the "Rules
for Conduct of Shows" and, as regards veterinary matters and drug misuse, to the relevant ECAHO
Veterinary Regulations and ECAHO Rules for Medication Control. The accompanying persons include e.g.
trainers or persons representing the show organizer as well as assistants of any of those persons. They
will accept the jurisdiction of the Disciplinary Committee (DC), the Standing Disciplinary Committee
(SDC) and the ECAHO Appeals Committee (EAC).
The person who has signed the entry form will be considered to be the person responsible for the horse
in question. These Rules will be interpreted when necessary under the provisions of the laws of
Switzerland. Show organisers are not permitted to introduce rules which are in conflict with the EAHSC
"Rules for Conduct of Shows".
2. Horses must be accompanied at the show by a horse passport containing all vaccination records.
Those horses coming from a country that does not issue a passport, must be accompanied by an official
Registration document which includes a graphic description and all vaccination records. If, when a horse
attends a show, it’s passport is at the Registry for any reason, then a letter from the registrar attesting
to this must be provided along with a photo-copy of the passport, including the description and the
vaccination records.
The show organizer
3. The show organiser reserves the right to refuse an entry, but must give the reason for refusal in
writing.
4. The show organizer will issue a printed show catalogue. The name of every horse must be printed in
the show catalogue, as well as the names of sire and dam, (and maternal grandsire if possible), date of
birth, colour, the names of the breeder and the owner. Should a horse’s name not be mentioned in the
catalogue, its participation at the show will be allowed only if the exhibitor cannot be blamed for the
omission; it will be for the DC to decide. The show catalogue shall furthermore contain:
The names of all the Officials,
The Rules for Conduct of Shows,
The judging system used, the rules for ties and the rules for championships
For Shows where prize money is awarded the total amount and distribution of the prize money.
5. No class may be split unless there are more than 16 horses entered. Combination of a class with the
next age group of the same sex is permitted if the number of entries for the class is below three.
6. a) No announcement indicating the identity, breeding or past performance of exhibits, or the identity
of their owners will be made during judging. It is, however, permissible for this information to be given
out after the judges score sheets have been collected for each exhibit.
b) Show organisers will not release details of competitors or their exhibits to the press at any time prior
to the catalogue being put on sale at the showground. Catalogues will not be offered for sale, published
or posted on internet more than one day before the commencement of the show.
7. No member of the show organising team may judge, or officiate as member of the Disciplinary
Committee.

8. The show organizers will ensure a proper rotation of judges.
9. The show organiser will provide appropriate transport, accommodation and meals during the show,
for the judges, DC members, ring master and any other ECAHO show officials. If a judge, DC member
or ring master cancels the invitation after the travel arrangements have been made, he will pay all the
costs arising out of this booking.
10.No gifts in the form of fees or money are allowed to be paid or given by the organiser, nor accepted
by the judges, DC members and ring masters. Material gifts are allowed.
Judges
11. EAHSC listed judges and judges invited to judge at ECAHO affiliated shows agree to judge with
integrity and honesty and to carry out their judging duties solely with the objects of ECAHO and
the welfare of the horses in mind.
12. Judges will not consult the show catalogue before or during the show at which they are judging.
13. a) Judges appointed at a show will not knowingly judge horses concerning which there may be an
actual or apparent conflict of interest. No judge appointed at the show may exhibit, ride, drive or handle
an entered horse.
b) Exhibitors will declare on the entry form any actual or apparent conflict or interest with any of the
judges invited for the show. Any exhibitor not declaring an existing conflict of interest will forfeit all
entry fees and will be prevented from showing the horse.
c) Organisers will not accept any entries for which any actual or apparent conflict of interest with
one of the appointed judges has been indicated, unless a reserve judge is available.
14.An actual or apparent conflict of interest may occur if a horse is judged that:
is being trained or handled by a member of the judge’s family
has been bought or sold by the judge either as owner or agent,
is owned in whole or part by the judge or by a member of the judge's family, or business partner in an
Arab horse business venture,
has been leased by the judge, at any time
has been bred by the judge or is the property of a breeding organization in which the judge is or was
an employee,
has been regularly trained, examined or treated by the judge in a professional capacity,
is the subject of an on-going negotiation to buy or lease, or a provisional purchase condition to which
the judge is a party. In case of doubt, the DC’s decision will prevail.
Any judge may decline to judge any horse if they consider themselves to have a conflict of interests
concerning that horse.
15. In the show ring, all communication between judges and handlers prior to the presentation of prizes
will be through the ring master.
16. Judges may withhold any award if in their opinion the exhibit does not merit such an award.
17. The judge, or if more than one, the panel of judges may request that the ring master show a
handler a yellow or red card if they consider that there is abuse to a horse or that there is misconduct.
Conduct of Halter Classes
18.All handlers at A and Title Shows must be in possession of a valid handlers permit which they
must present to the DC in order to participate in the Show.

19.Handlers will be neatly dressed. They may wear any costume normally worn in their country of
origin. Handlers will not wear clothes carrying any form of advertising which discloses the
connection of the horse they are handling.
20. The judge(s) may request that the ringmaster order unruly horses to be withdrawn.
21. The judge(s) may request that the ringmaster ask a handler to open a horse's mouth or pick up its
feet for inspection.
22. Exhibits are to be judged standing, walking and trotting. Handlers who do not comply with the
ring master's instructions regarding the above may be given a Yellow/Red card by the ring master.
23. a) Horses will appear in the collecting ring no less than 10 minutes before the start of the class.
b) Exhibits that appear late (missing the walk around the ring) will be excluded from the class.
24.Stallions and colts aged three years and over may be shown wearing bridles and bits that are
both secure and comfortable for the horse. All bridles without bits are equally to be both secure
and comfortable for the horse. Any horse that is not under control will be removed from the show ring
and disqualified.
25. a) Any horse becoming loose in the collecting ring is subject to a penalty (of a fine not exceeding
100 €) at the discretion of the DC.
b) Any horse becoming loose in the show ring will immediately continue to be shown and is subject to a
penalty (of a fine not exceeding 100€) at the discretion of the DC. Should the horse become loose a
second time it will be disqualified.

Soundness
27. Exhibits that appear to be lame may be assessed and placed by the judges. Judges may exclude
any horse so lame that assessment will inflict pain.

Disguising of Exhibits
29.No alteration of the basic colour of the skin, coat or hooves is permitted. Hoof paints, colourless
varnishes, coat dyes, glitter spray and cosmetic operations including skin grafts are forbidden.
Colourless hoof oils, Vaseline or oil and white chalk used on white legs will be accepted. 30.Artificial
methods of dilating the eyes or affecting the natural action of the horse or otherwise influencing its
action or behaviour by oxygenating the bloodstream or by the use of weights or artificially weighted
shoes, or by electrical or chemical treatment of any kind at any time before or during exhibition are
forbidden. Burns, cuts or other marks on the body of any exhibit in such places or positions as to
indicate that prohibited methods have been used will be regarded as full and adequate grounds for
exclusion of any exhibit from competition, at the discretion of the DC with veterinary advice.
31. a) In halter classes horses may be fully or partly body-clipped, subject to eyelashes being left
uncut, hair inside the ears left unshaved and tactile hair left intact around the nose, muzzle and the
eyes. Horses not fulfilling these criteria will not be allowed to participate. “Balding” is not encouraged.
b) No equipment intended to alter the natural appearance of the horse is permitted in the stables,
including necksweats, neck collars, tailracks, hobbles or weights. Anyone using such equipment on the
showground may be suspended by the DC for the period of the show.

Cruelty
33. Excessive whipping or shanking, excessive stimulation by noise, excessive circling of the horse,
intimidation, use of electric shock devices and infliction of pain by any means are forbidden in all parts
of the showground or stable areas, at all times.
34. The above actions will be sanctioned.
Enforcement
35.Verbal warnings: DC members, ringmasters, stewards or show officials may issue verbal warnings.
These are not recorded in the DC report.
36.Yellow and red cards may be issued by DCs and Ringmaster in the collecting ring and the main
ring. They are issued to a handler and are a visible and public indication of an offence having been
committed. The date and offence will be recorded in the DC report and must be made public by
announcement at the show and/or on the ECAHO website and/or other usual means of communication
of ECAHO.
37.A yellow Card may be issued if there is a further offence after a warning or it may be issued without
such warning.
38.A red Card will be issued if the handler receives a second yellow card for having committed afurther
handling offense during the same show. The offender will then be banned from handling any horses for
the rest of the show in which he receives the red card. The horse being shown by a handler when he
receives a red card may be shown by another handler at the end of the class.
In the event of a serious offence involving mistreatment or dangerous behaviour, DCs may issue a red
card without prior warning.
39.Any handler disobeying the instructions of any DC member, judge or the ringmaster will be
sanctioned. Such sanction can be visibly and publicly indicated with yellow and red cards.
Veterinary Matters
40.Horses with apparent clinical signs of a disease may not participate at the show at the discretion of
the DC Veterinarian. If the DC Veterinarian diagnoses apparent clinical signs of a contagious disease,
the horse must be immediately put into quarantine and may not participate at the show.
41.Vaccination regulations for shows will require 12 months intervals normally, or shorter where
local/national authorities mandate it. Such shorter intervals to be shown on the entry form (see
Addendum – Equine Influenza Vaccination page 43).
42.All Veterinary treatment necessary at the show ground must be carried out according to ECAHO
Veterinary regulations. The person responsible for the horse will ask the vet who treats the horse
to complete a treatment form and present it to the DC-vet at the show. Any treatment given to a horse
immediately prior to a show should be recorded on a treatment form by the treating vet and presented
to the DC upon arrival at the show.
43. a) The administration of any substance not a normal nutrient (including irritants applied to the
skin or mucous membranes or mydriatic drugs in the eyes), whether intentionally or unintentionally
which may affect the performance, temperament or soundness of an exhibit is forbidden.
b) The DC may order chemical tests on any exhibit.
c) Judges may request the DC to test any horse. (See the section on “Medication Control” page 34).
Complaints
44.A show organiser, appointed judge, ring master, exhibitor, owner or handler of a horse entered
at the show may lodge a complaint alleging infringement of the rules of the EAHSC, contained in
the “Blue Book”. A complaint concerning a horse or handler is to be made in writing within 1
hour of the alleged infringement occurring. Any other complaint, except concerning a complaint
about a judge or any other official including show organisers, is to be made in writing before the
end of the show. A deposit of € 200,- or equivalent in local currency will be lodged with the DC
and may be retained at the DCs discretion, if the complaint is considered frivolous,. Such
forfeiture belongs to ECAHO.
45.Any complaint about a judge or any other official including the show organisers is to be made in
writing and signed by two individuals. Such complaint must contain any evidence and be sent to
the ECAHO executive Secretary with full name and postal address of the complainant within 3 days of
the show. A deposit of € 300 must be paid in accordance with the instructions and deadline given by the
Executive Secretary. The investigation of the complaint will be conducted
