Il Made in Italy è, fin dal 2006, il nostro
marchio distintivo, e il suo utilizzo come parte
integrante della lastra, sul retro, ha contraddistinto
da lungo tempo i nostri prodotti.
Made in Italy repeated full-field is - since
Ma nulla è eterno, e ci lusinga molto il fatto che
altri produttori italiani siano ricorsi a questo stilema,
perché significa che, nonostante siamo ancora
un’azienda relativamente giovane, riusciamo ad
influenzare una buona parte del mercato. Abbiamo
iniziato nel 2006 con il concetto del 120x120
stoccato in semilavorato e successivamente tagliato
secondo le esigenze, ed abbiamo precorso i tempi.
Abbiamo proseguito con il progetto Concrete, che
sta riscuotendo un ampio apprezzamento dalla
nostra clientela ed evidentemente anche dai nostri
concorrenti, visti i numerosi tentativi di imitazione, a
partire dal nome della serie. Ora continuiamo sulla
nostra strada, che non è detto sia la migliore, ma
sarà sicuramente frutto della nostra personalità, e ci
permetterà di agire sul mercato da protagonisti.
But nothing lasts forever, and we are very flattered
by the fact that many other Italian producers have
decided to use this stylistic feature, because it
means that although we still are a relatively young
company we can influence a large part of the
market. We started in 2006 with the concept of
120x120 semi-processed and stored, then cut as
needed, and we pioneered. We continued with
the Concrete project, which is enjoying a wide
appreciation from our customers and evidently also
by our competitors given the numerous imitations,
beginning with the name of the series. Now we
continue on our path, which is not said will be the
best, but it is certainly the result of our personality,
and will allow us to play the role of protagonists on
the market.
2006 - our hallmark, and its use on the back of the
tile as an integral part of it has characterized our
products ever since.

Lavoriamo per rendere più bella la vostra vita nel rispetto dell’ambiente
Curiamo con particolare attenzione:
- la sicurezza ed il comfort del personale addetto alla
produzione,
- il rispetto dell’ambiente in cui sorge lo stabilimento,
- la sicurezza del personale sul cantiere, garantita da
imballaggi studiati per facilitare la movimentazione e
completamente riciclabili.
Si producono grandi lastre ceramiche grazie
all’applicazione di tecnologie all’avanguardia, nel
rispetto (spesso anche in senso molto migliorativo)
delle vigenti normative europee sull’ambiente.
Per questo i macchinari si trovano in ambienti
insonorizzati, l’illuminazione della linea produttiva è
a basso regime, esiste un monitoraggio ambientale
in tempo reale, il sistema di imballaggio – sidepack
– prevede l’utilizzo di quantità di cartone minime e
comunque i materiali dell’imballo sono completamente
riciclabili e privi di colle.
La nuova lastra sottile 4.8 è di fatto il nuovo orizzonte
del risparmio energetico in ceramica: offre la
possibilità di produrre gres porcellanato di altissima
qualità con notevole risparmio di energia sia per la
cottura sia per il trasporto.

We work to improve your life respecting the environment
We pay close attention to:
- the safety and comfort of our production staff,
- the respect for the environment in and around the
factory,
- the safety of tile layers in the building site, which
is guaranteed by the specially designed packaging
that makes movement easier and that is completely
recyclable.
We manufacture large porcelain slabs thanks to the
application of advanced technologies, in accordance
with the current European environmental standards
(and often with even better results). For this reason
the engines are installed in soundproof areas, the
lighting around the production area is low emission,
there is an environmental monitoring in real time, the
complete packaging (sidepack) uses minimum quantities
of cardboard and, however, the material used for
packaging is completely recyclable and glueless.
The new 4.8 thin slab is in fact the most
advanced system concerning energy saving:
there is the possibility of manufacturing high quality
porcelain stoneware tiles with a remarkable energy
saving, both for firing and carriage.

-охраняет природу: экологически рациональный
выбор, так как снижение толщины оказывает

ввиду меньшего потребления энергии, сырья,
упаковочных материалов и транспортных затрат.
-облегчает резку: легко режется стеклорезом или
любым другим оборудованием для резки обычной
плитки или керамических поверхностей
-низкий вес: одна плита размером 120х120 весит
всего 16 кг.
-простота в обращении, даже большого формата
-снижение сроков строительства, так как
укладывается на уже существующий пол

Consigli per la pulizia_Cleaning tips
La cura con la quale si esegue la pulizia dopo la posa, influenzerà la pulibilità del
pavimento per tutta la sua durata. Prima di tutto riteniamo importante premettere
che i nostri prodotti vengono sottoposti continuamente a tutti i test di resistenza alle
macchie previsti dalle norme UNI EN.
Si può quindi dire che la superficie di una piastrella completamente greificata è composta da materiale simile al vetro e come tale va trattata quando si decide di pulirla.
Importante, anzi importantissimo, è la prima pulizia fatta a pavimento nuovo.
È necessario togliere, con i prodotti adeguati, tutti i residui di cemento lasciati in fase
di posa e stuccatura dai posatori, utilizzando detergenti a base acida tipo È COSÌ
Cherodal diluito 1:2 in acqua, accompagnato da una decisa azione meccanica, ovviamente di materiale non abrasivo (motospazzole o spugne tipo vileda). È altrettanto
importante risciacquare bene fino a vedere l’acqua usata limpida. Se questa operazione non viene fatta correttamente il pavimento conserverà un invisibile strato di
calcare che col tempo si potrà macchiare o impedire una “bella pulizia”. fatto questo
e avuta la certezza che le piastrelle sono ben pulite, il pavimento non presenterà più
problemi.
Se però la pulizia iniziale non è stata ben eseguita ed il pavimento presenta aloni,
macchie o piastrelle con superficie opacizzata ecc. è necessario ripartire da zero
con la pulizia, cioè prima con detergente a base acida È COSÌ Cherodal diluito]
e poi lavare e risciacquare, ripetutamente con acqua sempre pulita in quanto non
esistono detergenti in grado di pulire all’istante e al solo passaggio, un pavimento
così sporco. Tuttavia anche la pulizia ordinaria può essere causa di aloni o macchie,
soprattutto se si tratta di superfici particolarmente morbide e lisce.
Dobbiamo continuare a pensare che abbiamo a che fare con un materiale vetroso
e come tale va trattato. Le lastre con finitura lucidata necessitano al momento della
posa in opera di una corretta pulizia con detergenti ed una protezione superficiale
con prodotti specifici (vedi tabella a lato).
Per la pulizia quotidiana è sufficiente asportare la polvere con uno straccio asciutto,
lavare la superficie con il detergente neutro a basso residuo È COSÌ velvet diluito
1:200 in acqua (una tazzina in un secchio da 5 litri d’acqua) utilizzando uno straccio
umido che andrà sciacquato spesso nella soluzione. L’uso di acqua sporca o prodotti lucidanti o un eccesso di detergenti può, col tempo, formare una patina invisibile
causa di aloni e macchie.
Ribadiamo che i nostri prodotti sono stabili e continuamente controllati. Per ultimo
ricordiamo di non usare mai smacchiatori tipo antiruggine o di tipo spray perchè
spesso contengono acido fluoridrico, il danno che provocherà sarà irreparabile in
quanto non esiste pavimento, nostro o di altri, resistente a tale acido.
Come ultimo atto di questa trattazione indichiamo come dovrebbero essere protette
le fughe, infatti nei materiali naturali e smaltati dopo la pulizia di fine cantiere è bene
impermeabilizzare le fughe con il protettivo per fughe tipo fUGAPROOf della fILA, il
quale impedisce l’assorbimento di macchie, facilita la rimozione dello sporco e mantiene la fuga come nuova per anni. L’impermeabilizzante va applicato in corrispondenza della fuga usando il pratico beccuccio, stendendolo poi con un pennellino per
uniformare, in questo modo si crea una pellicola invisibile che evita che lo sporco
penetri in profondità rendendo impossibile la successiva pulizia.
Dopo qualche ora la superficie può essere trafficata.

An accurate cleaning after laying is fundamental for the life and future routine
care of a floor. First of all, we wish to point out that our slabs are regularly tested
on stain resistance, according to the uni en norms.
It is important to say that the surface of the slab is completely vitrified and
made of materials similar to glass; for this reason a careful cleaning with suitable
products is strongly recommended. It is necessary to remove all residues from
the laying process (mortar, concrete, plaster, adhesive etc.) by using an acid
detergent, like È COSÌ Cherodal diluted in water 1:2 and applied with a floor
cleaning brush or rag. It is also very important to rinse throughly until the water
used becomes clear.
If this procedure is not performed correctly, the floor will keep an invisible surface calcareous film and could easily get stained and in the future hardly cleaned.
A perfect first cleaning will mean an easy future maintenance.
In case the surface is still dirty (stains, dull tiles..) the cleaning procedure has to
be carefully repeated. First, use an acid detergent, like diluted È COSÌ Cherodal
and then wash and rinse the surface with clean water several times, as on the
market you find no detergents that are succefull after one cleaning.
Anyway, also during the routine cleaning you may see salt marks and stains appear on the surface, particularly on soft and smooth surfaces. We cannot forget
that our products are vitreous and have to be treated accordingly.
For the daily care, it is sufficient to remove dust with a dry rag, then wash the
surface with the neutral detergent È COSÌ Velvet diluted 1:200 (1 small cup for 5
liters water) and applied with a dump rag that should be often rinsed in the solution. The use of dirty water, polishing products or an extra quantity of detergent
can produce an invisible film and then spots and salt marks.
We remind you that our products are regularly checked and stable in the long
term. Last, we remind to avoid using antirust or spray removers, as they contain
hydrofluoric acid. There are no tiles on the market, neither ours nor from our
competitors, withstanding this type of acid.
As last matter, we point out the right way to protect the joints: after installation,
use a waterproofing product like “fugaproof” by fila. It prevents absorption of
spots , makes dirt removal easier and preserve the joint for years.
Waterproofing is done directly on the joint with a small beak , and spreading
the product flat with a little brush. In this way the joint will be protected by an
invisible film , avoiding the deep penetration of dirt. After a few hours from the
application, one can walk on the surface.

In order to get a perfect result, it is important to use adhesives specific for big
porcelain slabs. The slabs in “lucidato” finish require, after laying, a correct
cleaning with suitable detergents and a surface protection by means of specific
products.
