IV CAMPIONATO DEL MONDO A SQUADRE FEMMINILE PER NAZIONI, Kaihua (Prov. Zhejiang –
Cina) 18-26 ottobre 2014.

abbiamo il piacere di comunicare che il Comitato Organizzatore, unitamente all’Amministrazione
della Città di Kaihua, si sta adoperando, con grande impegno, affinché il prossimo Campionato del
Mondo a squadre Femminile per Nazioni, diventi un evento di grande richiamo e risonanza.
Avrebbero infatti deciso di serbare un ricordo di questa manifestazione nel museo della città,
attraverso l’esposizione di una divisa di ogni Nazione partecipante.
Vi saremmo, quindi, grati se voleste rispondere positivamente a questo invito, garantendo alla città,
se possibile, una vostra divisa da regalare al museo.
Inoltre Vi preghiamo di voler portare 2 bandiere nazionali, una da esporre all’aperto e l’altra per le
Cerimonie di apertura e di chiusura, oltre al vostro inno nazionale.
Fra l’altro, il Comitato Organizzatore ci ha anche comunicato che, per consentire una più ampia
presenza di appassionati, ha abbassato il costo di soggiorno, all’Orient Hotel, per gli extra official a
USD 70.-/persona/giorno.

Distinguished Mr. President,
Distinguished Mr. Executive,
We are pleased to inform you that the Organizing Committee, together with the Administration of
the City of Kaihua, is working very hard to ensure that the IV World Female Team Championship
for Nations become an event of great resonance.
They decided to keep a memory of this event in the museum of the city, through exposure of a
uniform of each participating Country.
We would, therefore, be grateful if you would respond positively to this invitation, ensuring the
city, if possible, to give as gift a uniform of your team to the museum.
In addition, we would ask you to bring 2 national flags, one flag to expose outdoor and the other
one for the Opening and the Closing ceremonies, in addition to your national anthem.
Among other things, the Organizing Committee has also announced that, to allow a greater
presence of bowls enthusiast, has lowered the cost of stay, at the Orient Hotel, for the extra
official to USD 70.-/person/day.

Distinguido Señor Presidente,
Distinguido Señor Ejecutivo,
tenemos el gusto de comunicar que el Comité Organizador, juntamente a la Administración de la Ciudad
de Kaihua, está empleando con gran empeño para que el próximo campeonato del mundo a equipos
femeninos por naciones se convierta en un acontecimiento de grande llamada y resonancia.
De hecho tendrían decidido guardar un recuerdo de esta manifestación en el museo de la ciudad, por
la exposición de un uniforme de cada nación participante.
Os agradeceríamos, por lo tanto, si quisierais contestar positivamente a esta invitación, asegurando a
la ciudad, si posible, una de vuestras uniformes para entregarla al museo.
Además les pedimos de traer 2 banderas nacionales, una para exhibir al exterior y otra para las
Ceremonias de Abertura y de Clausura, junto a vuestro himno nacional.
Entre otras cosas el Comité Organizador también nos comunicó que, para consentir una presencia mas
amplia de apasionados, bajó el precio de la estancia, en el Orient Hotel, para los extra oficial a USD 70./persona/día.
Agradeciéndoles de antemano por la colaboración y seguros de Vuestra presencia a Kaihua, nos

Cher Président,
Cher Dirigeant,
Nous avons le plaisir de vous communiquer que le Comité d’organisation conjointement à
l’Administration de la ville de Kaihua, est fortement engagé pour que le Championnat du Monde
par équipe féminine pour nations soit largement répercuté.
En effet, Ils auraient décidé de garder le souvenir de cet événement chez le musée de la ville en
exposant l’uniforme de chaque Pay participant.
Nous vous serons grès d’une réponse favorable de votre part en assurant à la ville, si possible, une
uniforme à donner au musée.
Nous vous prions aussi de porter deux drapeaux nationaux, un pour l’exposer en plein air et
l’autre pour les cérémonies d’ouverture et de clôture.
En outre, le Comité d’Organisation nous a aussi informé que dans le but d’assures la plus grande
participation de passionnés, le cout de séjour pour les extra official, à l’Orient Hôtel, a été baissé à
70 USD par personne par jour.
