has a new cab;
its name is “ARIA”
It was designed for the total comfort of the operator,
ergonomics and in absolute comfort.
The large safety front glass curved shape
allows an unmatched view,
having set the structural columns back.
The upper safety glass in polycarbonate
is a continuation of the front screen,
with panoramic visibility without interruption.
The front instrument panel was removed
to give more room to the operator.
The air conditioning has 12 air vents
controlled automatically or manually.
High quality finishing creates a working
environment for the operator perfect and restful.
The new display “VIEW2 HD” informs
with extreme clarity and immediacy
to the operator even in bright sunlight.
The new multi-function joystick allows
to control all functions without removing the hand,
the shape is specially designed with ergonomic supports,
allow to use the joystick without tiring
the hand or the arm for a work experience
rewarding and stress free.

E’ stata concepita
per il totale comfort dell’operatore
nella più assoluta ergonomia e comodità.
L’ampio vetro di sicurezza anteriore di forma
curva permette una visuale senza paragoni,
spostando i montanti in posizione arretrata.
Il vetro superiore in policarbonato di sicurezza
crea un continuo con il vetro anteriore,
con una visibilità panoramica senza interruzioni.
Il cruscotto anteriore è stato rimosso
per permettere più spazio all’operatore.
La climatizzazione conta ben 12 bocchette
di aerazione comandate in modo automatico
o manuale.
Finiture di altissimo livello creano l’ambiente

Hydraulic System
The new F500, like the F200,
is ahead of its time and for the first time introduces
the revolutionary hydraulic system “Sesto Senso”.
Power train
The working level of the variable displacement pumps
BOSCH REXROTH are adjusted by the F500 depending
on the load (load sensing), and this system also controls
the required power output from the engine.
The new CVSFERRARI F500 makes use of the latest power-train
technologies, with minimum environmental impact engines
already complying with the most stringent European standards.
A simple and extensively tested scheme is at the base
of the legendary reliability of CVSFERRARI reach stackers.
The F500 offers an innovative cooling system separate
with separate circuits completely independent from each other.
Engine, transmission, hydraulic oil, and brakes oil* and air
and oil of the turbo are cooled separately to get the optimum
working temperature in any weather condition.
The engine fan with restricted rotation cools the turbo air
and liquid of the engine; the gear oil and hydraulic oil are cooled
by a hydraulic fan at variable control placed on the side of the
machine, the combination of these systems provides 80% more
cooling compared to a traditional reach stacker.

di power train, con motori dal minimo impatto ambientale,
già conformi alle più strette normative Europee.
Motore, trasmissione, olio idraulico, olio freni* e aria del turbo
sono raffreddati separatamente per garantire sempre l’ottimale
temperatura di lavoro, in ogni condizione climatica.
La ventola motore a rotazione limitata raffredda aria del turbo
e liquido del motore; l’olio del cambio e l’olio idraulico
sono raffreddati da una ventola idraulica a controllo variabile
posta sul fianco della macchina, la combinazione dei sistemi
garantisce l’80% in più di scambio termico
paragonato ad un tradizionale reach stacker.

Electronic System
The new CVSFERRARI F500
has a new electronic system for high integration.
The new system, which responds to the new regulations EN13000,
monitors all functions of the machine and gives the operator
real-time status of the machine.
The concept of “plug and go” reduces the number of electronic
control units required, and the system now makes use of the same
components for a better management of spare parts.
Sistema elettronico

ha un nuovo sistema elettronico ad alta integrazione.
Il nuovo sistema ridondante, che risponde alla nuova normativa
EN13000, monitora tutte le funzioni della macchina
e riporta in tempo reale all’operatore lo stato della macchina.
Il concetto “Plug and go” ha ridotto il numero delle centraline
elettroniche, ora il sistema utilizza tutti componenti uguali
per una migliore gestione dei ricambi.
