essere per le nuove generazioni un’ importante occasione per porre le basi all'acquisizione di valori più alti. L'associazione è presieduta da Fabrizio Dario Baldoni. È laureato in Scienze della Comunicazione e Dottore di ricerca in Critica Storica, Giuridica ed
Economica dello Sport, docente di Storia dello Sport presso la Facoltà di Scienze Motorie dell’Università “Gabriele
d’Annunzio” di Chieti-Pescara con pubblicazioni sul tema del fair play. E' stato il più stretto collaboratore operativo del
fondatore della Waterpolo Development, il dottor Gabriele Pomilio, che ha ideato e organizzato sei edizioni
dell’Habawaba International Festival. Partecipano all’associazione alcuni elementi che hanno già collaborato con
importanti ruoli ad organizzazioni di eventi sportivi tra cui Habawaba. L'associazione, oltre ad altri interventi per i
quali si attiverà nella promozione dello sport, organizza il WATERBALL WORLD FESTIVAL torneo dedicato a
squadre di pallanuoto di bambini/e under 10 e under 13 provenienti da tutto il mondo. L’esperienza maturata nello
svolgimento di eventi dedicati ai bambini ha evidenziato il dovere degli organizzatori di gestire la manifestazione
in un habitat di qualità con i requisiti specifici per unire l'aspetto ludico ai principi etici dello sport. In questo folder
sono descritti alcuni articoli dello statuto per meglio far comprendere il significato dell'associazione, affinché
eventuali future partecipazioni possano avere la certezza di unirsi a persone che s'impegnano nello sport con
lealtà e fini etici.

MANUAL OF ETHICS FAIR PLAY AND RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT, that is delivered to all children participating in the
events that the association organizes. The idea of creating this kind of association was born in mind from the conception of sport
not only under the athletic point of view, but also as way of to learn higher ethical values. The association is lead by Fabrizio
Dario Baldoni, who holds a degree in Communication Studies and PhD in Historical, Legal and Economic Critique of Sport,
professor of Sport History of the at the Faculty of Sport Sciences of the University " Gabriele d' Annunzio " of Chieti –
Pescara. He was the closest partner of the Waterpolo Development founder, Dr. Gabriele Pomilio, who conceived and
organized six editions of the Habawaba International Festival. Participating in the association and organization of the
event a few items that have already collaborated with important roles to organizations of sporting events including
Habawaba. The association, in addition to other projects active in promoting the sport, organizes the WATERBALL
WORLD FESTIVAL, tournament dedicated to water polo teams of children / and under 10 and under 13 from all over
the world. The experience gained in the course of events for children highlighted the duty of the organizers to
manage the event in habitat quality with the specific requirements to join the playful aspect to the ethical principles
of the sport. In this folder some articles of association rules are described in order to better understand the meaning
of the association itself, so that future memberships can be sure to join people who look at sport with loyalty achieving
at the same time ethical purposes.
WATERBALL WORLD FESTIVAL è il torneo dedicato a squadre di
pallanuoto composte da bambini/e under 10 e under 13 provenienti da
tutto il mondo.
L'evento si svolgerà dal 1 al 5 luglio (tre giorni di gara) nel Villaggio
TIZE’ (quattro stelle) (www.tize.it) di Rosolina Mare in provincia di
Rovigo.
L'iniziativa è nata dall'esperienza maturata da alcuni elementi della FAIR PLAY SPORT & FUN che
hanno organizzato eventi sportivi per bambini, tra i quali Habawaba.
La FAIR PLAY SPORT & FUN affronta l'organizzazione con notevole impegno poiché è convinta
che una manifestazione dedicata ai bambini, molti dei quali alla prima esperienza di un torneo
internazionale, debba avere requisiti, caratteristiche ed elementi di notevole importanza quali:
A. Un'ottima qualità dell'area abitativa. Il villaggio si trova immerso in 13 ettari della splendida
pineta di Rosolina Mare, situata in un'area protetta (Parco del Delta del Po).
B. Moduli abitativi da 4 a 6 posti letto (2/3 camere) confortevoli e luminosi immersi nel verde della
natura incontaminata. Disposti tra il cuore del villaggio, la zona piscina e la
vicina suggestiva zona lagunare, essi vi doneranno un confort a quattro stelle costituito da sala
giorno con frigo, camere da letto, coperte e cuscini in dotazione, bagno con
box
doccia,
televisione (per vedere le partite del mondiale di Brasile 2014),
telefono, cassetta di sicurezza, terrazza o balcone arredati e
riassetto giornaliero della camera.
C. Una formula di gioco che non esasperi l’agonismo.
D. Vero Fair Play. Collaborazione della nostra associazione per un comportamento degli atleti conforme ad un
vero fair play, adeguato a un evento che deve rimanere
un gioco.
E. Workshop finalizzati a promuovere consapevolezza di principi etici che siano concretamente recepiti.
F. Assistenza costante da parte di alcuni responsabili
per qualsiasi problematica.
G. Accoglienza delle famiglie in moduli abitativi muniti di tutti i servizi e confort per permettere
di seguire costantemente i figli in un piacevole ed educativo soggiorno,
offrendo anche strutture quali: centro benessere, mini market, free
wifi area, percorso vita, parco giochi con minigolf, maneggio,
campi di diverse discipline sportive ed affitto bici, etc.
H. Fruibilità di una spiaggia attrezzata e con posti riservati,
raggiungibile a piedi o con il trenino del villaggio.
I. Animazione che coinvolga la fantasia dei bambini in
momenti di allegria e creatività.
J. Possibilità di visite organizzate in località limitrofe di
rilevante interesse turistico.
K. Assicurazione. I partecipanti sono assicurati con 2 polizze.
L. Servizio medico. Durante il torneo saranno attivi: un'infermeria,
un servizio medico, il servizio di pronto soccorso ed un sistema di
vigilanza.
M. Kit di benvenuto. A tutti i partecipanti sarà consegnato un kit di
benvenuto.
N. Cerimonia di chiusura. Nella cerimonia di chiusura, che avverrà
nell'ultimo giorno del torneo, saranno premiate, oltre le prime tre
classificate di ogni torneo, anche tutte le 32 squadre, tutti gli atleti
con medaglia e diploma e, particolari riconoscimenti verranno
dedicati a personaggi che rappresentano i simboli dello sport e dei
suoi valori etici
O. Sarà realizzato un video dei momenti più importanti del festival
che in seguito sarà inviato a tutte le squadre partecipanti.
P. I tornei si svolgeranno nella piscina olimpica adiacente i moduli abitativi.
L’attuale momento dell’economia mondiale, ci ha consigliato di limitare con
sacrifici organizzativi da parte dell’associazione (volontariato) il costo della
partecipazione di ogni atleta a 260 euro per ogni bambino e la gratuità di un
allenatore e di un dirigente per ogni team.
L'iscrizione per ogni squadra (costi organizzazione) è di 150 euro.
The WATERBALL WORLD FESTIVAL is a competition dedicated to water polo teams made up
of young children and children under 10 and 13-years-old from all over the world.
The event will take place in July from the 1st to the 5th during which a three-days competition will
be organized at the 4-stars “TIZE VILLAGE” (www.tize.it ) of Rosolina Sea in the province of
Rovigo.
The event was born from the experience gained by the FAIR PLAY SPORT & FUN, which organizes several sport meetings and competions for children, including the Habawaba.
The FAIR PLAY SPORTS & FUN faces with considerable effort the complex organization of these events dedicated to the childen who are often at their first experience, because it is convinced that they should have some specific requirements and characteristics which are considerably important, such as:
A. A high quality of living: the village is dipped in 13 hectares of the
splendid pinewood of Rosolina Mare, located in a protected and unspoiled
naturalistic area (Parco del Delta del Po).
B. Comfortable housing units of 4 to 6 beds (2/3 rooms) rise comfortable,
spacious and luminous dipped in the green of the uncontaminated nature.
Disposed between the heart of the village, the swimming pool zone and the
evocative lagoon zone, they will donate you a four stars comfort constituted from
living-room with a kitchen completely equipped, bedrooms, blankets and
pillow, bath with box-shower, television (to watch football World Cup
Brazil 2014), telephone, safe, furnished terrace or balcony and daily
room.
C. Formula of game that does not exacerbate the competitive
spirit.
D. True fair play. Organization effort in order to obtain from the
athletes a behavior that conforms to the fair play rules, as appropriate for such event.
E. Workshop. Several workshops ment to promote the awareness
of principles that should be actually understood.
F. 24-h assistance for every problem
G. Families are welcome into housing units that are equipped with all
the facilities and comfort in order to look after their children in an enjoyable
and educational stay, also offering facilities such as: massages and beautician,
mini-market, free wifi-area, life area,
reserved area for mini club and minigolf, horse
rides for children reception, football tennis and basket
court, bike rental etc,.
H. The chance to benefit a beach with reserved seats that
can be easily reached on foot or free shuttle bus.
I. Children entertainment that involves imagination
with joy and creativity.
J. The possibility to benefit of organized tours in
the neighboring towns.
K. Insurance. The participants are insured with two
policies.
L. Medical Services: During the tournament will be
active: an infirmary, a medical service, the emergency
services and a system of supervision.
M. Welcome Kit: All participants will receive a welcome
kit.
N. Closing ceremony: During the closing ceremony, which will
take place on the last day of the competition, all the 32 teams will be
rewarded, as well as the first three finishers in each tournament, and all the
athletes will receive a medal and a diploma. Special awards will be dedicated
to characters that represent the symbols of the sport and its ethical
values.
O. Video: It will be made a video of the highlights of the festival
which later will be sent to all participating teams.
P. The tournaments will be held in the pool adjacent
the housing units.
The world economic difficulties advised us to lower the
cost of participation of each athlete to € 260 for each
child, with sacrifices from the association (a voluntary
participation to the movement and the coach and the
manager for each team).
Team Registration (organization costs) is 150 euro.

La SPORT FAIR PLAY & FUN, per la chiarezza dei rapporti che intende avere con i soggetti che

L'atto costitutivo stabilisce:
a) che l’adesione all’associazione è libera;
b) che il suo funzionamento è basato sulla volontà democraticamente espressa
