Seminar on Ambush Marketing – Seminario sul tema dell'Ambush Marketing a Milano (12-01-2015)
With the Universal Exhibition 2015 to start in a few months in Milan (Italy) ‘Ambush Marketing’ is more than
ever a hot topic. Therefore the Italian Section of AIPPI has organized a workshop, to take place in Milan on
January 12th (at the premises of the local Bar Association).
The Global Advertising Lawyers’ Alliance – GALA has recently released a report on the phenomenon of
‘Ambush Marketing’, covering 52 jurisdictions worldwide.
GALA member and country representative for Italy, Avv. Felix Hofer, is scheduled as a speaker at the AIPPI
event in Milan and will focus on the international aspects of this highly debated marketing practice.
Con l’Esibizione Universale - EXPO 2015 prossima ad essere inaugurata fra pochi mesi, quello dell’ambush
marketing si presenta come un tema quanto mai attuale. La Sezione Italiana di AIPPI ha quindi dedicato
all’analisi degli aspetti legali connessi con questa particolare tecnica di marketing un seminario che avrà
luogo il 12 gennaio 2015 presso i locali dell’Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano.
Sul fenomeno dell’ambush marketing la Global Advertising Lawyers’ Alliance – GALA ha recentemente
pubblicato una indagine ricognitiva che prende in esame il tema su base globale in ben cinquantadue paesi.
L’Avv. Felix Hofer, membro per l’Italia di GALA, sarà uno dei relatori del seminario e si occuperà dei profili
internazionali di questa discussa tecnica di marketing.
