Siderurgica Tocchet este o companie ce investeşte continuu în echipamente high-tech pentru
realizarea de produse siderurgice. Obiectivul principal al companiei il constitue livrarea de
produse de calitate în termeni scurt. Fabrica are o suprafaţă de producție de peste 50000 mp
iar capacitatea de producție este dimensionată pentru a face față cererii clienților noștri. Spațiul
de stocare permite ținerea pe stoc a peste 10000 tone de produse prelucrate și semi-prelucrate.
Respectarea și protecţia mediului, securitatea şi sănătatea asigură continuitatea dezvoltării.
La Siderurgica Tocchet è un’azienda che investe da sempre e in maniera continuativa in impianti di alta tecnologia. Soddisfare sempre più esigenze qualitative di prodotti fuori standard
con termini di consegna minimi è obbiettivo primario. Si pone sempre piu in evidenza per Ie
capacità commerciali e logistiche operando su tutto il territorio italiano ed estero. Un’area di
oltre 50000 Mq. divisa in due stabilimenti permette di stoccare a magazzino oltre 10000 tonnellate di prodotti lavorati e semilavorati.
I processi produttivi, avvalendosi di logiche qualitative e strumenti di gestione all’avanguardia
permettono un controllo continuo della produzione fino al postvendita cer tificando e collaudando i materiali.
Rispetto, tutela dell’ambiente, sicurezza sul lavoro contribuiscono a garantire una continuità di
sviluppo nell’area di ubicazione.

Lagerung von über 10.000 Tonnen an Fertig- und Hal- bfertigprodukten.
Dank modernem Logik- und Qualitätsma- nagement können Kontrollen von der Pro- duktion
bis hin zum Aftersales fortlaufend durchgeführt und das Material zertifiziert werden.

Sistemele de control moderne verifică atât materia primă cât și produsele finite
după procesul de fabricație prin teste de alungire, verificarea perforațiilor și a
dimensiunilor cu instrumente de măsură cu laser.
Marcarea individuală prin presiune asigură trasabilitatea produselor chiar și după
procesul de galvanizare.
Sistemi di controllo all’avanguardia verificano i materiali prima, durante e dopo la
lavorazione con applicazioni di prove di allungamento, controllo laser posizionatura
fori e misure profili.
La marcatura a pressione di ogni singola barra permette la rintracciabilità del pro
dotto anche dopo la zincatura a caldo.
Advanced control systems perform tests on the material before, during and after
the processing with elongation tests, including laser-control of the position of the
hole and exact profile measures.
Pressure marking of ever y single piece produced allows the traceability of the
product also after hot dip galvanizing.
Moderne Kontrollsysteme prüfen das Material vor, während und nach der Ve- rarbeitung mit den Bruchdehnungstest, Laser Kontrolle der Position der Löcher und
Maße des Profils.
Stressless markierung jeder einzelnen Teile ermöglicht die Rückverfolgbarkeit sogar
nach der Verzinkung
