12th SAM RC Euro Champs - 22-23-24-25-26-27 June
SAM Italia — Chapter 62 and SAM 2001 — L'Aquilone, alongwith the Volo Delta 2000 Club —
Valle Gaffaro, will organize the 12 th SAM RC Euro Champs on the Flying Field of Valle Gaffaro —
Codigoro — from the 22 nd to the 27th June 2014.
The Valle Gaffaro Flying Field, directed by the Volo Delta 2000 Club, is inside the territory of the
Codigoro (Ferrara) town, Vecchia Corriera Road, in the center of the river Po delta very near to
Boscone della Mesola, Pomposa Abby and at a short distance from the Ferraresi Beaches.
The flying area is 260 mt. long and 60 mt. wide.
You can reach the Field by car : follow the SS 309 Romea Road towards BoscoMesola and Volano
Beach, leave the Romea Road at the Pomposa Abby exit and drive on to Volano, BoscoMesola.
Nearest towns : Venice 90 km — Ferrara 54 km. — Ravenna 60 km.
The Field presents large free grass covered parking spaces where caravans - campers and tents
may be parked at no cost.
The field presents a comfortable bar with covered open terrace and a restaurant. Bicycles are
available and may be rented.
