La vasca di spruzzatura in acciaio inox, teflonata a caldo per facilitarne la pulizia, è montata su un carrello estraibile in acciaio inox connesso a un efficiente sistema di aspirazione e filtrazione dei fumi facilmente accessibile. Il sistema di trasporto è composto da tappeti guidati antisolvente a velocità regolabile con inverter. Il modello 1VE a una vasca è equipaggiato con 3 pistole (4 a richiesta) mentre il modello 2VE a due vasche è equipaggiato con 6 pistole (8 a richiesta): le pistole sono regolabili nella posizione desiderata e la spruzzatura di ogni pistola è controllata con un sistema elettronico. AUTOMATIC SPRAYING MACHINES FOR PROFILES mod. 1VE - 2VE The automatic spraying machines for profiles with single tank (mod. 1VE) or double tank (mod. 2VE) are suitable to spray profiles with solvent or water based paints or, in other version, with UV paints. The recovery tank is made of teflon-coated stainless steel, so that it is easier to clean, and it is assembled onto a mobile stainless steel carriage connected to an efficient air suction and filtering system easy to be inspected. The transport system consists of solvent resistant guided belts, with speed adjustable by inverter. The model 1VE with single tank is equipped with 3 guns (4 on request) while the model 2VE with double tank is equipped with 6 guns (8 on request): the guns are adjustable at the desired position and the spraying of each gun is controlled by an electronic system. BARNIZADORAS AUTOMATICAS DE MOLDURA mod. 1VE - 2VE Las barnizadoras automaticas de moldura de una balsa (mod. 1VE) o de dos balsas (mod. 2VE) son adecuadas para barnizar perfiles con barnices de base agua o disolvente o, en ejecucion particular, con barnices UV. La balsa de barnizado en acero Inox , teflonada a fuego para facilitar la limpieza, es montada en un carro extraible en acero Inox conectado a un eficiente sistema de aspiracion y filtracion del humo facil para inspecionar. El sistema de transporte es con bandas gujadas antisolvente con velocidad arreglable por inverter. El model 1VE a una balsa es equipado con 3 pistolas (4 opcional) mientras el model 2VE a dos balsas es equipado con 6 pistolas (8 opcional): las pistolas son arreglables en la posicion deseada y el barnizado de cada pistola es controlado con un sistema electronico. AUTOMATISCHE SPRITZMASCHINEN FÜR LEISTEN Mod. 1VE - 2VE Die automatischen Spritzmaschinen für Leisten mit Einzelbehälter (Mod. 1VE) oder Doppelbehälter (Mod. 2VE) wurden zur Spritzen von Leisten mit Lösungsmittel- oder Wasserlacken entwickelt; wir stellen auch eine Sonderausführung zum Spritzen mit UV-Lacken her. Der Lackrückgewinnungsbehälter aus Edelstahl, beschichtet mit Teflon für eine einfachere Reinigung, ist auf einem herausziehbaren Wagen aus Edelstahl montiert; der Wagen ist mit einem wirksamen Rauchabsaugungs- und -filtrierungssystem verbunden, das der Bediener einfach kontrollieren kann. Das Beförderungssystem besteht aus lösungsmittelfesten Förderbändern mit Führungen, mit Geschwindigkeit regelbar durch Frequenzumrichter. Das Modell 1VE mit Einzelbehälter ist mit 3 Pistolen (4 auf Wunsch) ausgerüstet; das Modell 2VE mit Doppelbehälter ist mit 6 Pistolen (8 auf Wunsch) ausgerüstet: die Pistolen sind in der gewünschten Position verstellbar und das Spritzen jeder Pistole wird von einem elektronischen System gesteuert.
