Isola stone mosaics are available in 40 standard formats and 44 natural marble, slate and
granite shades offering the specifier a very wide array of options to suit both contemporary
and traditional design. Small format honed stone mosaics offer excellent slip resistance for
wet rooms, showers and external pathways.
Two further bespoke solutions are available; colours can be intermixed to create geometric
patterns and designs for border detailing or complete floor or wall locations. Also our highly
skilled Italian mosaicists can create traditional hand cut mosaic designs and borders using a
craft which is thousands of years old; this represents the pinnacle of mosaic as an art form.

Eco Credentials:
The Isola Stone Mosaic Range is Q-ZERO: which
means the product contains virtually no VOC
(volatile organic compounds) this is due to a
special process developed by our supplier that
reduces the VOC level to virtually zero. The
Isola Stone Marble range is LEED compliant,
certification can be supplied to support this.
Actual Size:
The dimensions listed here are the exact
measurements for all formats therefore
grout joints should be added to reflect the
overall module size when preparing setting
out drawings.
Installation:
We recommend that the Isola Stone Mosaic is
bedded in a solid bed of Ardex polymer modified
adhesive in accordance with BS5385: Parts 1, 2,
3 and 4. Adhesive and grouts required may vary
in relation to the specific nature of the installation,
and proposed substrates. Please contact our
architectural department for further information
or technical specifications.
Grout joint:
The Isola Stone Mosaic range should be installed
with a minimum 2mm joint and grouted with
Ardex FS Grout (suitable for joints up to 4mm) .

Depending on mosaic format:
18.51 kg/m2 - 27 kg/m2
