JMP5D-60 IMPIANTO DI MESCOLAZIONE ED INIEZIONE A SACCHI MOTORIZZATO DIESEL BATCHING AND INJECTION PLANT WITH BULK BAGS EQUIPMENT AND DIESEL ENGINE Informazioni tecniche generali L'impianto di mescolazione ed iniezione a sacchi JMP5D-60 è stato concepito principalmente per ottenere, tramite miscelazione ad alta turbolenza di acqua e polvere di cemento, una miscela cementizia (boiacca) con rapporto massimo acqua/cemento pari a 1/2,5, oppure con acqua e polvere di bentonite fanghi bentonitici. La miscela cementizia o bentonitica è confezionata per essere poi trasferita alla vasca di stoccaggio con agitatore. Una volta preparata la miscela può essere poi pompata/trasferita per mezzo di una pompa monopistone a doppio effetto che viene utilizzata per operazioni di iniezione, trasferimenti o consolidamenti a seconda dei tipi di lavorazioni geotecniche previste. La centralina oleodinamica permette alla pompa monopistone di gestire sia grandi portate con basse pressioni che alte pressioni con basse portate. L'impianto è costituito principalmente dalle seguenti unità: - miscelatore JM3S - vasca di stoccaggio con agitatore JA05 - pompa di iniezione IM75 . Il funzionamento di tutte le unità è gestito da una centralina idraulica azionata da un motore diesel silenziato General technical information The batching and injection plant with bulk bags equipment JMP5D-60 was mainly conceived in order to obtain, through a high turbulence mixing of water and cement powder, a cement mixture (cement grout) up to 1/2,5 ratio, or, by using water and bentonite powder, a bentonite milk for plastic muds. The cement-based or bentonite-based mixture is prepared by the mixer and then transferred to the storage tank with agitator. The prepared mixture can be then pumped or transferred by means of a single double effect piston pump that is used for injection, transfer or consolidation operations according to the expected geotechnical activities. The oil hydraulic system allows the single piston pump to control both high flow rates at low pressures as well as small flow rates at high pressures. The plant consists of the following units: - mixer JM3S - storage tank with agitator JA05 - injection pump IM75. All the units are controlled by a hydraulic control unit operated by a soundproofed diesel engine.
