DESCRIPTION
The Summer School aims at providing the analysis of the Italian and EU law concerning food production and distribution, with particular reference to food safety and food
security. The interdisciplinary approach will allow the students and participants to understand the consumer law dimension as well as the administrative and criminal
aspects connected to food production. The analysis of the ethical principles and the law will be addressed with reference to the impact on the consumer information and
safety as well as corporate and individual social responsibility.
