Additional reimbursement because you have group insurance
Have you taken out a Beter Af Plus Policy? Then you, as an employee insured in the
group scheme of ABN AMRO, will receive the Beter Af Extra Package ABN AMRO
(employee benefit). In this Beter Af Extra Package ABN AMRO there is a specific
additional reimbursement for you as an employee. This reimbursement can not
be used by your family members that might be insured on your policy.
Article 11 Fysiotherapy and remedial therapy
11.2 HelloFysio (online physiotherapy treatment)
We reimburse the costs of one online treatment programme via
HelloFysio. This programme consists of one online intake resulting
in a treatment plan, two long-distance sessions, two e-consultations
and access to online exercises from the treatment plan.
Conditions for reimbursement
1 Because treatment takes place online and there are no visits to a
physiotherapist, HelloFysio is only available for certain disorders
(CANS (complaints relating to arms, neck and/or shoulders) and
low back pain). Whether HelloFysio is suitable for your complaints
or whether you should go to a regular physiotherapist is
determined during the intake.

We reimburse the costs of a medical examination.
