van de aandeelhouders wordt bevestigd van de grensoverschrijdende fusie door inlijving van BREDERODE
SA (ISIN: BE0003792091) door de onderneming. Een prospectus goedgekeurd door la Commission de
surveillance du secteur financier (CSSF) dat gepasspoort zal worden naar de Autoriteit voor Financiële
Diensten en Markten (FSMA) zal beschikbaar worden gemaakt door de onderneming in verband met de
notering van de aandelen van de onderneming op EURONEXT BRUSSEL. Het prospectus zal beschikbaar

De technische referentie prijs voor de aandelen zal gelijk zijn aan de slotkoers van de aandelen van
