Uni-Amco 2
Een voorversnelde polyesterhars met een korte geltijd, snelle door- en uitharding en een lage
styrene emissie.
Tixotroop ingesteld. Speciaal aanbevolen voor reparatie van hoogwaardige polyester constructies,
zoals boten, containers en auto carrosserieën.
Verharder: 1-2% MEK-P verharder toevoegen.
Potlife bij 20°C:
Bij 1% harder toevoeging 40 minuten
Bij 2% harder toevoeging 30 minuten
Verwerking:
Ondergrond goed reinigen met bijvoorbeeld aceton en ruw opschuren met korrel 60. Benodigde
hars mengen met MEK-P harder. Hars op de gewenste plek aanbrengen. Hierop de glasvezelmat op
de juiste plaats drukken en met kwast of roller doordrenken met de Uni-Amco 2. Met een
profielroller de glasvezelmat ontluchten en aandrukken.

Glass fiber repair set
Uni-amco 2
A pre-quickened polyester resin with a short gel time, fast curing and a low styrene emission.
Developed to be thixotropic. Special recommended for repair of high-grade constructions like
polyester boats, containers and car constructions.
Activator: add1-2% MEK-P to the polyester resin.
Pot life at 20°C:
With adding 1% activator 40 minutes
With adding 2% activator 30 minutes
Application:
Clean the surface thoroughly with for example acetone and make the surface rough with emery
cloth or paper grade K60. Mix the needed quantity with MEK-P activator. Apply the resin on the
required surface and push the glass fiber matt in the wet resin. Soak the glass fiber matt with
brush or roller with the Uni-amco 2. Vented and push the glass fiber matt with a structure roller.
