KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As part of the Credit Risk team, this individual will be responsible for the development and production of
accurate and meaningful reporting analysis in order to effectively manage credit risk on the NL mortgage
portfolio, as well as managing the documentation needed to demonstrate effective credit risk governance.

Development and production of monthly impairment analysis for presentation to the Retail & Wealth
Chief Credit Officer.
Contribution to impairment and capital recalibration/management judgement processes and approvals.
Development and production of timely and insightful management reporting and accurate regulatory
reporting returns.
Development and production of effective credit risk documentation for the team.
Accountability for risk measurement infrastructure including models, data, the control environment and
compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders, and demonstrating an understanding of their business
area and their specific needs in relation to the programme.
Ensuring appropriate reporting of progress throughout the business and LBG governance.

HBO/Academic working and thinking level.
Strong writing and documentation skills.
At least 2 years relevant risk management experience.
Proven ability to assimilate complex information and support decision making within the business.
Ability to get things done under pressure, hands-on mentality and pro-active.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing (Dutch and English) and ability to demonstrate
these skills effectively across all levels of the organisation.
Self motivated and well organised.
Knowledge of Basel II and general regulatory requirements.
Good knowledge of the Dutch market and mortgage products.
