Introduction
Your Vencomatic roll away nest is specially designed for layer breeders, broiler breeders, parent stock and free
range layers. When designing this automatic collecting system a good egg treatment was taken into account (very
few cracks and the highest amount of cleanness) and high attractiveness for the chicken (optimal nest visit with
very few floor eggs). These objectives have led to the choice of perforated egg belts, rubber mats, the self-cleaning
floor system and natural attractive materials. For efficient egg collecting there is the choice between an adjustable
belt speed or 2 fixed belt speeds.
The user must first read the user manual carefully and take into account the safety measures. Vencomatic bv. does
not hold itself responsible for any damage or harm caused by ignorant or incautious action of the user.
The user must make sure that he or she does not endanger him/herself and/or others because of ignorant or
incautious action.
The centre belt nest is designed to collect eggs. When the nest is used for other purposes, then this is done at the
user’s own risk.

2.
Safety measures
Take the following safety measures in account to guarantee a good and safe use of the nests:

Be careful when your hand is close to the perforated egg belt, and the belt is turning. Your fingers can get
caught in the perforations.
This also applies when you are collecting eggs at the end of the perforated egg belt.
When you service the nests (e.g. cleaning): first switch off the main power. Convince yourself that nobody
can switch on the power unexpected.
Never take the guards off the drive unit or the return station while the perforated egg belt is turning. This
also applies for the dirt bins in the drive unit.
Always place the guards back on the drive unit and the return station before switching the power back on.
Keep away from the perforated egg belt and turning parts with fingers, long hair and loose hanging
clothes.
Make sure that children stay away from the drive units and the return stations. They can get caught under
the machines.
Transportation and storage
Before assembly the parts of the nests should be covered for storage.

set and test the nests.

6.
Cleaning and maintenance
6.1 Maintenance every week
Once a week the following points should be checked:
make sure the barred roller in the return station is free of dirt and manure.
make sure the drive roller and the tension roller in the drive unit are free of dirt and manure.
check the tension roller in the drive unit. Make sure the egg belt can not slip over the drive roller.
keep the collecting table clean. If you have a transition to a conveyor belt: make sure the transition brush stays
clean.
6.2 Tensioning the egg belt
After some time it is possible that the egg belt expands because of stretch.
This is visible by the weight rollers under the egg collecting table. When these are on the lower position, you have
tension the belts. You can tension the egg belt yourself by turning the studs in the return station.
Attention:
Make sure that the barred roller is fixed straight after tensioning, so that the belt does not wear
against the sides of the barred roller.
6.3 Cleaning the entire system (after a round)
When you want to clean the nests, you must first remove all roof plates and rubber mats. All parts are now easily
reachable with a high-pressure cleaner. Expand the egg belts as well at the return station.
First spray everything, so that all parts can soak. Then you can easily spray all parts clean (including the roof
plates).
Clean and disinfect the rubber mats.
Attention:
Make sure not to hold the nozzle of the high-pressure cleaner too close to motors and bearings.

NEVER spray the electrical panel. Clean the panel with a moistened cloth.
Let all parts dry well, and place the roof plates and rubber mats back in the nests. Tension the egg belt again, and
make sure the belt runs straight over the barred roller. Repair any possible damages. Your nests are ready for use
again.
6.4 Lubrication
Your nests are almost free of maintenance. The bearings and motors need not be lubricated.
7.
Discarding your nests
When the centre belt nests have to be disassembled, you have to take the following materials in account when
disposing of them:
- plastic: roof plates, rear walls, mats, wear strip, covering of collecting unit, dirt bins, roller tubes, plugs
- metal: spindles
- coated metal: frames, sheet material, motor, bearings
- zinc plated metal: bolts and nuts, belt guides, other uncoated parts, legs
- oil, lubrication:
from bearings, from motors
- wood: side boards
All materials must be separately disposed of as prescribed.

Inleiding
Uw wegrolnest is speciaal ontworpen voor leghenmoederdieren, slachtkuikenmoederdieren, ouderdieren en
scharrelkippen. Bij het ontwerpen van dit automatisch verzamelsysteem is uitgegaan van een goede eibehandeling
(zeer geringe kneus en breuk en hoge mate van zuiverheid) en hoge aantrekkelijkheid voor de kip (optimaal
nestbezoek met zeer weinig grondeieren). Deze doelstellingen hebben geleid tot de keuze van geperforeerde
band, rubbermatten, het zelfreinigende bodem systeem en natuurlijke aantrekkelijke materialen. Voor een
efficiënte eiverzameling is er de keuze uit een traploos regelbare bandsnelheid of 2 snelheden.
De gebruiker dient vooraf de handleiding goed te bestuderen, en rekening te houden met de voorgeschreven
veiligheidsmaatregelen. Vencomatic B.V. stelt zich niet verantwoordelijk voor enige schade of letsel veroorzaakt
door onkundig of onvoorzichtig handelen van de gebruiker.
De gebruiker dient ervoor te zorgen dat hij of zij zichzelf en/of anderen niet in gevaar brengt door onkundig of
onvoorzichtig handelen.
De nest is ontworpen om eieren te verzamelen. Indien het nest voor andere doeleinden gebruikt wordt, is dit
geheel op eigen risico.
Vencomatic bv. wenst u veel succes met uw nesten.
2.
Veiligheidsvoorschriften
Houdt rekening met de volgende veiligheidsmaatregelen om een goed en veilig gebruik van de nesten te
garanderen:

Steek nooit uw hand in de buurt van de eiertransportband, waar de transportband op de tafel komt. Uw
kunt met uw vingers beklemd raken in de perforaties.
Dit geldt ook bij het einde van de eiertransportband, waar de band de tafel ingaat.
Wanneer u onderhoud wilt plegen aan de nesten (bv. reiniging): schakel eerst de hoofdschakelaar uit.
Overtuig uzelf ervan dat niemand de nesten onverwachts in kan schakelen.
Neem nooit de beschermingen van de aandrijving of de retourstation af tijdens het draaien van de
eiertransportband.
Plaats altijd eerst de beschermingen terug op de aandrijving en de retourstation, voordat u de
eiertransportband opnieuw opstart.
Blijf met vingers, lange haren en loshangende kleding uit de buurt van de eiertransportband en draaiende
delen.
Voorkom dat kinderen en onbevoegden zich in de buurt van draaiende delen bevinden.
3.
Transport en opslag

Bij het lossen van de vrachtwagen dienen de pallets en bundels met zorg behandeld te worden, om beschadiging
van de onderdelen te voorkomen.
Indien opslag van materialen noodzakelijk is, dienen deze overdekt en droog opgeslagen te worden.
4.
Installatie en indienststelling
Voor het installeren van uw nesten verwijzen wij naar de bijlage Opstelschema nest. Hierin wordt volledig
omschreven hoe u uw de nesten moet opstellen, aansluiten, afstellen en testen. Lees het gehele opstelschema
vooraf door.
5.
Bediening
Voordat u de machine inschakelt, moet u eerst uzelf ervan overtuigen dat er geen mensen gevaar lopen wanneer u
de eiertransportband opstart. Tevens moeten de eindschakelaars afgesteld zijn om schade aan de nesten te
voorkomen (zie Opstelschema van Uw nest). Zie voor overige bediening van Uw nest de handleiding die bij Uw
elektrische kast is toegevoegd.

6.
Reiniging en onderhoud
6.1 Onderhoud elke week
Eenmaal per week dienen de volgende punten gecontroleerd te worden:
•
zorg ervoor dat de spijlenrol in het retourstation vrij van vuil en mestophoping is.
•
zorg ervoor dat de aandrijfrol en de drukrol in de aandrijfunit vrij van vuil en mestophoping zijn.
•
controleer de afstelling van de drukrol in de aandrijfunit. Zorg ervoor dat de band niet kan slippen over de
aandrijfrol.
•
houdt de afraaptafel schoon. Indien u een overname naar een spijlenband heeft: zorg ervoor dat de
overnameborstel schoon blijft.
6.2 Eiertransportband spannen
Na verloop van tijd kan het voorkomen dat de eiertransportband verslapt door rek. Dit is goed zichtbaar aan de
gewichtrollen die onder de afraaptafel zijn gemonteerd. Deze hangen dan in de onderste stand. U kunt de eierband
dan zelf spannen door de draadeinden in de retourstation te verdraaien.
Let op: Zorg ervoor dat de spijlenrol in de retourstation na het spannen recht zit, zodat de band niet langs de
rand van de spijlenrol schuurt.
6.3 Reiniging gehele systeem (na een ronde)
Wanneer u de nesten wilt gaan reinigen, dient u eerst de dakplaten, de rubbermatten en de oploopplaten te
verwijderen. Alle delen zijn nu goed bereikbaar met een hoge druk reiniger. Ontspan bovendien de geperforeerde
transportband bij het retourstation.
Spuit eerst alles nat, zodat de onderdelen kunnen weken. Daarna kunt u eenvoudig de onderdelen schoonspuiten
(ook de dakplaten en de oploopplaten).
Reinig en desinfecteer de rubbermatten.
Let op: Controleer na het schoonspuiten altijd de eindschakelaars. Aanbevolen wordt de eindschakelaars
na reiniging droog te föhnen.
Let op: Zorg er voor, dat u de spuitmond van de hoge druk reiniger niet te dicht bij de motor en de lagers
houdt. U kunt anders de smering eruit spuiten.
Let op: Spuit de elektrische kast NOOIT af. Maak de kast eventueel schoon m.b.v. een vochtige doek.
Laat de onderdelen goed drogen, en plaats de dakplaten, de oploopplaten en de rubbermatten terug. Span de band
opnieuw, en zorg ervoor dat de band recht over de retourrol loopt. Uw nest is weer gereed voor gebruik.
6.4 Smering
Uw nesten zijn qua smering vrijwel onderhoudsvrij. De lagers en motor behoeven geen smering.
7.
Afdanken
Wanneer de nesten gedemonteerd worden, moet u voor de afvalverwerking rekening houden met de volgende
materialen:
- kunststof: dakplaten, achterwanden, matten, stootprofiel, bekleding afraaptafel, vuilbak, rolbuizen,diverse
doppen
- metaal: assen.
- gelakt metaal: frames, plaatwerk, motor, lagerblok
- verzinkt metaal: bevestigingsmateriaal, bandgeleiders, overige blanke delen, poten
- olie: uit lagerblokken, uit motor
De materialen moeten verwerkt worden zoals plaatselijk voorgeschreven wordt.

1. Introduction
Votre pondoir avec pente de glissement est conçu spécialement pour les reproducteurs pondeuses, les
reproducteurs poulets de chair et les poules en plein air.
En développant ce système de ramassage automatique, nous nous sommes basés sur un bon traitement des oeufs
(très peu d’œufs fêlés ou cassés et un haut degré de pureté), et sur un haut caractère attrayant pour la poule
(utilisation optimale des pondoirs et très peu d’œufs pondus au sol).
Ces objectifs nous ont mené au choix d'un tapis à oeufs perforé, de tapis en caoutchouc, d'un fond autonettoyant
et de matériaux naturels et attrayants.
Pour un ramassage des oeufs efficace, vous avez le choix entre une vitesse réglable sans degrés du tapis et 2
vitesses.
L'utilisateur doit tout d'abord bien étudier ce guide et tenir compte des mesures de sécurité.
Vencomatic BV décline toute responsabilité pour les dommages ou blessures causés par un emploi ignorant ou
imprudent.
L'utilisateur doit veiller à ne pas mettre en danger lui-même ou d'autres personnes par ses actes ignorants ou
imprudents.
Le pondoir est conçu pour le ramassage des oeufs. S'il est utilisé à d'autres fins, ce sera au propre risque de
l'utilisateur.

2. Mesures de sécurité
Tenez bien compte des mesures de sécurité suivantes pour garantir l'emploi correct et sûr des pondoirs:

Ne mettez jamais vos mains à l'endroit où le convoyeur d’œufs arrive à la table de ramassage. Vos doigts
pourrai ente être pris dans les perforations. Cela vaut aussi pour l'extrémité du convoyeur, ç.a.d. pour l'endroit
où le convoyeur entre dans la table.
Quand vous voulez entretenir (p.e. nettoyer) les pondoirs, coupez d'abord le courant avec l'interrupteur
principal. Assurez-vous que personne ne peut mettre en marche les pondoirs à l'improviste.
N'enlevez jamais les protections de l'entraînement ou de la station de retour pendant que le convoyeur est en
marche.
Replacez les protections sur l'entraînement ou la station de retour avant de remettre le convoyeur en marche.
Tenez vos doigts, cheveux longs ou vêtements défaits à l'écart du convoyeur et des parties tournantes.
Veillez à ce que les enfants ou les personnes non autorisées se tiennent à l'écart des parties tournantes.
3. Transport et stockage
En déchargement le camion les palettes et les paquets doivent être traités attentivement enfin de prévenir que
les parts sont endommagées. Si stockage des matériaux est nécessaire, ça doit être un stockage couvert et
sec.
4. Installation et mise en oeuvre
Avant installer vos pondoirs nous vous référer à l’annexe: “schéma de montage de pondoir”. Dans ce schéma
nous défions complètement le montage, le raccordement, le réglage et le test. Lisez le schéma de montage
complètement en avant.
5. La commande de la machine
Avant embrayer la machine, c’est nécessaire de vous assurer qu’il n’y pas des gens mis en danger quand vous
mettez en marche le convoyeur des oeufs. En même temps le raccordement d’extrémité doit être mis au point
enfin de prévenir endommages aux pondoirs (voyez schéma de montage de votre pondoir). Voyez pour l’autre
commande de votre pondoir le manuel joint à votre armoire électrique.

6. Nettoyage et entretien
6.1
Entretien hebdomadaire
Contrôlez les points suivants une fois par semaine:

Le rouleau à barres dans la station de retour doit être libre d'impuretés et de fientes.
Le rouleau d'entraînement et le rouleau de pression dans l'entraînement doivent être libres d'impuretés et de
fientes.
Contrôlez le réglage du rouleau de pression dans l'entraînement. Assurez-vous que le tapis ne peut glisser sur
le rouleau d'entraînement.
La table de ramassage doit être propre. Si vous avez une transition au convoyeur à barres : assurez-vous que la
brosse de transition reste propre.
Tendre le convoyeur à oeufs
Il peut arriver qu'après quelque temps le tapis à oeufs s'étire et se détend. C'est très bien visible aux rouleaux à
poids sous la table de ramassage, qui sont dans la position inférieure.
Vous pouvez tendre de nouveau le tapis à oeufs en tournant les tiges filetées dans la station de retour.
Attention : Assurez-vous que le rouleau à barres dans la station de retour est bien aligné après avoir tendu le tapis
à oeufs, de sorte que le tapis ne touche pas le bord du rouleau.
6.3
Nettoyage du système complet (après une bande)
Quand vous voulez nettoyer les pondoirs, il faut d'abord enlever les panneaux de recouvrement, les tapis en
caoutchouc et les tôles d'entrée.
Tous les composants sont maintenant bien accessibles avec le pistolet haute pression.
Détendez le tapis perforé dans la station de retour.
Arrosez tout, de sorte que les composants puissent tremper.
Après vous pouvez nettoyer les composants (aussi les panneaux de recouvrement et les tôles d'entrée).
Nettoyez et désinfectez les tapis en caoutchouc.
Attention :
Après le nettoyage, il faut contrôler les contacteurs d'arrêt. Nous vous recommandons d'utiliser un
séchoir.
Attention :
Veillez à ne pas trop rapprocher la buse du pistolet haute pression du moteur et des roulements.
Vous pour riez y enlever la graisse.
Attention :
NE JAMAIS arroser l'armoire de commande électrique. Vous pouvez la nettoyer à l'aide d'un fichu
humide.
Laissez bien sécher tous les composants, puis installez de nouveau les panneaux de recouvrement, les tôles
d'entrée et les tapis en caoutchouc.
Tendez de nouveau le tapis à oeufs en vous assurant qu'il est bien aligné sur le rouleau de retour. Votre pondoir
est de nouveau prêt à l'emploi.
6.4
Graissage
Vos pondoirs ne demandent pratiquement aucun graissage. Il ne faut pas graisser les roulements et le moteur.
7. Mettre les pondoirs hors de service
Quand vous démontez les pondoirs, il faut tenir compte des matières suivantes pour le recyclage :

* Métal laqué
* Métal galvanisé
* Huile
panneaux de recouvrement, tapis en caoutchouc, profil butoir, recouvrement de la table
de ramassage, poubelle, tubes rotatifs, plusieurs bouchons
arbres
châssis, tôlerie, moteur, roulements
matériel de fixation, guides-tapis, autres parties nues, supports
roulements, moteur
Ces matières doivent être traitées selon les prescriptions.
