Beste leraar/lid van de Iyengar Yoga Vereniging Nederland,
Op de ALV van 2007 is de contributie voor gecertificeerde Iyengar Yoga leraren vastgesteld op € 60.
De bijdrage voor het CM bedraagt € 40.
De contributie voor niet-leraar leden is € 35.
Wij verzoeken je vriendelijk om zo snel mogelijk doch uiterlijk vóór 1 april 2014 je contributie en de bijdrage voor het CM
2014/2015 te voldoen.
Als je ons al hebt gemachtigd voor een automatische incasso van je lidmaatschaps- en CM-bijdrage, kan je deze brief ter kennisgeving
aannemen.

Lees aandachtig de aanwijzingen op het formulier en de informatie die je vindt op de downloads pagina van de website van de IYVN:
“CM Voorwaarden appendix”.
Belangrijk:
•
Opzegging van het lidmaatschap kan slechts geschieden tegen het einde van het verenigingsjaar met in achtneming van een
opzeggingstermijn van ten minste vier weken. Indien een opzegging niet tijdig heeft plaatsgevonden, loopt het lidmaatschap door
tot het einde van volgend jaar.
Het kan echter allemaal veel eenvoudiger met automatische incasso.
Door ons te machtigen éénmaal per jaar het bedrag van het lerarenlidmaatschap en het CM van je rekening af te schrijven, ben je
verlost van het jaarlijks en op tijd overmaken van het verschuldigde bedrag en zijn wij er van verzekerd dat het geld tijdig op de
rekening van de IYVN staat.
Heb je alsnog bezwaar tegen deze afschrijving dan kan je de bank altijd opdracht geven het bedrag terug te storten. Bovendien kan je
de machtiging op elk gewenst moment weer intrekken.
De machtiging tot automatische afschrijving vind je bij deze brief. Maak er alsjeblieft gebruik van!

Dear teacher/member of the Iyengar Yoga Vereniging Nederland,
In 2007 the contribution for membership of our association for certified Iyengar yoga teachers was set at € 60.
The contribution for the CM is € 40.
The contribution for normal membership (ie not a certified Iyengar yoga teacher) is € 35.
Please pay your membership (of either € 60 or € 35) and the CM contribution for 2014/2015 (€ 40) as soon as possible but no later
than April 1, 2014.
Please indicate YOUR NAME when paying and specify
EITHER "teachers membership dues 2014 + CM 2014/2015" OR "contribution in 2014".
If you have authorized us to direct debit your membership and CM contribution, please see this letter as just information for your
records.
Furthermore, if you are requesting the extension of the CM, then please fill out the form: “Certification Mark sublicense extension
2014/2015” and send it at the latest before Monday April 7th 2014 to the secretary of the Ethical and Certification committee:

Carefully read the instructions on the form and also, for more information on the conditions to extend your CM, see the "CM
appendix" file in the download section on the IYVN website.
Important:
•
Termination of membership can only occur at the end of the financial year with due observance of a notice period of at least four
weeks. If notice is not made in time, the membership will continue until the end of next year.
It is much simpler to pay by direct debit.
If you authorize us to debit the amount of the membership and the CM once a year from your account then you have nothing further to
do in terms of the annual transfer of the funds, and we are assured that the money is in the IYVN account on time.
You still have control -- if at some time you oppose this withdrawal, you can always instruct the bank to send the amount back to your
account. Also you may also revoke the authorization at any time. The authorization to debit form is included in here -- please use it!
