INTRODUCTION
Programme saturday 29 MARCH, 2014
Dear colleagues,
8.30 Welcome and registration
8.55 Introduction S. Rottey, UZGent
We are glad to welcome you to the first BMUC (Belgian Multidisciplinary Meeting on Urological
Cancers). This initiative was made possible by the unique opportunity of cooperation between
BSMO, BAU and BVRO/ABRO. It is a natural consequence of daily practice where medical
oncologists, urologists and radiation oncologists are working together to offer best diagnostics
and treatment options to our patients.
Considering new treatment options and regimens and taking into account this multidisciplinary
level of clinical practice, these are exciting times for clinicians and researchers involved in urooncology today!
