Ontwikkeling van een Elektronisch
patiëntendossier voor elk ziekenhuis
• Elk ziekenhuis voorzien van een gecodeerd en gestructureerd
minimaal elektronisch patiëntendossier.
• Waarbij het ook mogelijk is om de ontslagbrief, de
terugbetalingsaanvragen (RIZIV) semi-automatisch op te stellen en de
verschillende registers (implantaat/OrthoPride/andere) en de MZG te
vervolledigen.
• Het systeem stelt in staat om medisch advies (evidence based
medicine, zorgtrajecten) te verkrijgen.

Financiële stimuli voor het gebruik:

Nieuwe pistes die moeten worden onderzocht:
De verplichte opleiding inzake medische informatica
koppelen aan de toekenning en het behoud van de
erkenning.
De organisatie en de controle van een systeem voor
permanente vorming in de medische informatica
delegeren aan een bestaand onafhankelijk platform
of een onafhankelijk platform dat moet
worden opgericht.
