WINWIDE in Picture and Motion…
 Are you a newcomer, a student or young professional (18-35 yrs), living in The
Hague area and would you like to make acquaintance with the Dutch Society?
Then we invite you to join WINWIDE’s AllTonesTables (ATT) projects , where locals and
internationals who are interested in in-depth debates can meet and discuss social and
civic issues from an intercultural perspective. More info about our forthcoming
programme is on page 4 or www.winwide.nl.
 Are you interested in participating in the Dutch Society and to learn and practice the
Dutch language?
Come and join WINWIDE ‘s teams or ATT working groups. Various WINWIDE teams are
looking for new volunteers! More info about our teams you will find on our website;
their email contacts on page 3.
N.B. Our spoken language is Dutch. For newcomers who do not yet speak Dutch very
well, we make language buddies available.

About WINWIDE,
WINWIDE is a non-profit organization to
which various organizations, companies
and independent workers can connect
and collaborate with. Her mission is to
stimulate Integration Emancipation and
Participation in the Netherlands.
WINWIDE’s unique formula is the
AllTonesTables (ATT): Through this
formula, locals and internationals are
given the opportunity to use their
potential and abilities in order to
organize ATT debate tables and other
ATT intercultural projects which pay
attention to social and civic issues.
Gradually participants also have a chance
to follow their own individual learning
track.
The objective of our ATT projects is to
preserve the unity in diversity in our
society and to stimulate the connection
and bring locals and newcomers in The
Netherlands together.
Integration Emancipation Participation -
AllTones and the music notes represent
the different colours and tones of our
intercultural cooperation projects and the
diversity in our society.
The tulips symbolize the Dutch and
migrants; the colours red, white, blue and
orange reflect the Dutch flag and Royal
Family.
The Table and mouth represent debates
on the content, net-working socially and
practicing in Dutch, while enjoying nice
food and drinks.

relations, interaction and movement in our

About WINWIDE’s founder and initiator of the
ATT concept
Sandra Winifred Fransz, founder of WINWIDE and
initiator of the AllTonesTables concept worked in
the Gas & Oil Industry for more than 25 years as
Management Assistant. She lived and worked in
France, Spain and Germany. In Germany Sandra was
sent out and worked as an expat.
After finishing her Counselling & Coaching study in
2007 she has worked in this profession and
specialises in integration with focus into new work
environments, life cycles and a multicultural
society.

philosophy Rogers believed that each human being
is unique. He put people holistically in the centre
with emphasis on the positive nature of each
individual. WINWIDE, like Rogers believes that
people by nature have the desire to grow. WINWIDE
in her ATT method and projects will facilitate,
inspire and stimulate this desire.
