‘Ayurveda en Iyengar Yoga’ met docent Rita Keller

Rita Keller is een zeer bevlogen
en betrokken Senior Iyengar
Yogaleraar. Zij geeft leiding aan
het Iyengar Yoga Akademie
Rhein-Ahr en het SamdoshaAyurveda Gezondheidscentrum
in Bad Neuenahr te Duitsland. Zij
heeft jarenlang intensief met
B.K.S. en Geeta S. Iyengar
gestudeerd en is coauteur van
‘Iyengar Yoga for Motherhood’
en schreef ‘Yoga Kent Kein
Älteren’.
Rita heeft een helder en duidelijk
mannier van les geven en pakt in
iedere workshop een bijzondere
thema aan. In deze workshop
richt zij zich op het verband
tussen Iyengar Yoga en
Ayurveda met als doel je eigen
natuur beter te begrijpen. De
wereld om ons heen,
macrokosmos, bestaat uit 5

Op loopafstand van de locatie zijn er restaurants
en een winkelstraat.
Rooster
Zaterdag: 09.00 aankomst,
10.00 - 13.00 les, 15:00 - 17:00 les.
Zondag: 09:00 aankomst,
10:00 - 13.00 les, 15:00 - 17:00 les.
Lesgeld
Het hele weekend kost € 140,- voor niet-leden,
€ 110,- voor leden (inclusief 6% BTW)
Alleen Zaterdag kost € 85,- voor niet-leden,
€ 65,- voor leden (inclusief 6% BTW).
Er zijn 65 plekken beschikbaar. Mensen die voor
het hele weekend inschrijven hebben voorrang.

principes ervaren.

binnengekomen betalingen. Ondertekening en
inzending van het formulier verplichten tot betaling.
Belangrijk: sluitingsdatum inschrijvingen is 16
januari 2015.
Annulering
Tot 16 januari 2015 wordt 75% van de
inschrijfkosten geretourneerd. Na 16 januari 2015
is teruggave van het inschrijfgeld niet mogelijk.

Ayurveda and Iyengar Yoga with Rita Keller
Saturday February 7 and Sunday February 8, 2015 in Amsterdam
Rita Keller is an inspiring and
involved Senior Iyengar Yoga
Teacher. She is the director of
the Iyengar Yoga Akademie
Rhein-Ahr and the Samdosha
Ayurveda Health Centre in Bad
Neuenahr, Germany She has
studied intensively with B.K.S.
and Geeta S. Iyengar and is coauthor of ‘Iyengar Yoga for
Motherhood’. She wrote ‘Yoga
Kent Kein Älteren’.
Rita is clear and to the point and
in each workshop explores a
different theme. In this workshop
she explores the ties between
Ayurveda and Iyengar Yoga with
the goal of reaching a better
understanding of one’s own
nature. The world around us,
macrocosm consists of 5
elements: Earth, Fire, Water, Air
and Ether.

Saturday: 09.00 reception,

Costs
The whole weekend costs € 140,- for non-members
€ 110,- for members (including 6% VAT).
Saturday only costs € 85,- for non-members. € 65,for members (including 6% VAT). There are 65
places available. Preference will be given to
students who wish to attend the whole weekend.
