The purpose of the meeting-Cooperation in the Field of Education with Dutch
counterpart businesses in the field of Education and Expertise allocation in
businesses run by members of SHGPAZ.
Mrs.Suzana Numani shows her experience in business that has existed for 15 years and
more effort has managed to step out of this institution that opened kindergarten,
elementary and high school and without any support from the state Ms.Suzana
appreciates the Association role and the association has gave her the support to move
forward.

Ms.Numani also explains that unless education at the School pupils also organizes
educational activities outside school with students in various campaigns to clean up the
city of Fier, giving aid to the poor and the homeless, clothed and fed the five orphan
children since 2 years and on Ms.Suzana expressed to the expert her idea of opening a
center for foreign language required from the youth of the Fier city. A lot of pupils of
this institution have won awards in Olympics inside and outside Albania
VLORA
Visit at nonpublic school "RealD" Vlora
After the touring at Fier we visited the nonpublic school "Reald" in Vlora which is run
by member of SHGPAZ Vlor, Ms.Evjgjeni Muskaj. Ms.Muskaj shows that her school
and the University have 5 years in the field of education, this university was the first
non public university. She appreciates the support of SHGPAZ in the developing her
business. During the lunch at Zvernec(village of Vlora) Ms.Numani and Ms.Muskaj
discuss to find opportunities for collaboration with Dutch businesses of the same field
in Holland.

Visit at "Photos Bele", "Faraon-Bar" & Cinema 6 Dimensional
Three businesses run by an rare woman entrepreneur called Mrs. Xheni Jaupaj. During
the conversation with the expert Ms.Xheni tells the history of starting her business and
requires collaboration from experts on trainings in the field of photography also she
expres the idea to open a photography school in Fier.
During the meeting the businesses we have had the possibility to make a touristic tour
in Antique Apollonia Amphitheater. During this tour we were accompanied by the
daughter of Ms.Xheni, Erka Jaupaj.

LEZHA
Visit at Art Center Zadrima-Lezhe
Zadrima Art Center-Lezhe is run by the members of SHGPAZ Ms.Tereza GEGA which
trains women and girls in the field of handicrafts to take live this culture of artisan, to
inherit it and also to maintain their family from the benefits of this work
Ms.Tereza introduce an overview of all her works but also she works antique folk
costumes and traditional things which are now starting to gather and expose in this
center. Mrs.Henny explains that her association has i`ts artisan’s and would create a
collaboration between these Albanian handcrafts especially with a design academy
with SHGPAZ association and also with Ms.Teresa. Handcraft is very extensive and
Teresa is ready to make the different models which are in accordance with European
standards and a value , also shows Albanian craft and requires collaboration with Pum
expert Heny.
During lunch we discussed again for possible collaborations.

Meeting with members of the Association branch
The meeting began with a presentation of the most important activities in recent
months by the President of SHGPAZ-Mrs.Xhabija. Then each participant presents their
business. Henny makes a presentation of the PUM and evaluates each of them for
achieved that they have in their business. Mrs Henny expresses that is open for each

one to expertise and she will try to do collaboration with Dutch Design Academy with
artisans of Shkodra to develop the field of modeling and designing. After the meeting,
discussions continued over dinner at Restaurant "Bekteshi".
Municipality of Vau i Dejës, 16 of April, 2014
Visit at Embroidery Crafts hop "Agia"
The morning of that date begins with coffee in Shiroka, side of Lake of Shkoder
accompanied by Karolina, businesswoman and then we depart to Vau i Dejes to visit
the Embroidery "AGIA" in place, which is owner a woman, named Servete Agia.
Servete, shows that there are more demands for its embroideries, especially since
promoted recently her works in Facebook’s page. Her Embroidery’s works are to be
selling into European market, for example in Italy and Germany and they are in
increasing. She want to expand this activity by adding the number of professionals, as
well by buying new machineries with new technology to meet growing demands.

Visit in embroidery "Zyberi” Mjede-Shkoder
Our visit continues in embroidery "Zyberi" who even has less custom, she, always
creates a new models and Meliha is in search of a better quality materials for her works.
She has not internet line or fb’s page jet, but soon, her son- a student in engineeringhe will design it. She, also, teaches this profession more girls and women unemployed.
They talking for collaboration, for new ideas and marketing methods, it is followed in
the lunch offered by Servete and Meliha into the restaurant «Hasmega» Vau i Dejes and
we have enjoyed a good coffee in Tourist Complex "Dea"
17.04.2014.Board Meeting at headquarter of SHGPAZ-Tirane
Board members were introduced with Dutch expert in the Board meeting held at the
headquarters of SHGPAZ.In this meeting attended also a member of parliament Mrs. Majlinda
BUFI which praised the achievements of the Association and in her speech said that she will
support the Association.
