Naast de gebruikelijke hydraulische kenmerken, waaraan BILOBA zijn bekendheid te danken heeft, hebben deze nieuwe scharnieren de volgende belangrijke pluspunten: 1) Het binnenwerk is volledig geanodiseerd (speciale oppervlaktebehandeling). 2) Dankzij de nieuwe afdekkappen uit gepolijst en geborsteld RVS zijn deze scharnieren ook geschikt voor buitengebruik. 3) Geen zichtbare schroeven meer, waardoor de scharnieren esthetisch mooier ogen. BILOBA est désormais disponible pour des portes extérieures, en 2 versions: verre/mur (art. 8010C) et verre/verre (art. 8015C). Outre les caractéristiques hydrauliques habituelles, qui ont rendu célèbre BILOBA, ces nouvelles charnières présentent les principaux avantages suivants: 1) Le corps intérieur est complètement anodisé (traitement anticorrosion spécial) 2) Grâce aux nouvelles couvertures en inox poli et brossé, ces charnières conviennent aussi pour l’installation à l’extérieur. 3) Plus de vis visibles, et donc une esthétique améliorée. Le traitement de surface spécial (de 20 microns d’épaisseur) et le revêtement de la surface complète à couvertures en inox AISI 316 garantissent une résistance à la corrosion très élevée: plus de 500 heures dans du sel de l’acide acétique (selon la norme UNI ISO 9227 AASS Acetic Acid Salt Spray – L’essai au brouillard salin) sans montrer aucune signe d’imperfection.
