People are lining up at hospitals to get
their surgical procedures done before
the start of Ghost Month, the Chineselanguage Apple Daily said yesterday.
A survey of large hospitals nationwide
by the newspaper showed that
surgeries have increased by 10 to 30
percent in recent weeks as patients
do not want to undergo operations
during the Ghost Month.
Chinese traditionally believe that in
the Ghost Month, the door of the
underworld opens so that the spirits
of the dead can come back to the
human world and partake in the
offerings of food prepared by their
family members.
Ghost Month, the seventh month of
the lunar calendar. Fearing that the
spirits could make trouble if they are
offended, many people avoid getting
married, having surgery, moving,
conducting business transactions or
going on long journeys during Ghost
Month.
Do We as Christians Believe in Ghosts? Do we need to
be concerned about these spiritual influences? What
does the Bible have to say about it? :

Angels are powerful immortal beings whom
the Lord has assigned to watch over

未得救的人的生活
For the Unsaved
God has made some other provision for
the ignorant unsaved, those who never
heard, the unevangelised unsaved.
不但是有救的人住在

Not only are the saved
living inside of the
eternal city of the
blessed, but there are
also people living
outside.
只有得救的人，才能進入「天堂城市」之內。但
「地上的君王必將自己的榮耀歸與那城。」（啟
示錄21:24）這些「地上的君王」又是誰呢？
Only the saved can go into the heavenly City. But the
"Kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into
it." ( Revel. 21:24 ) Who are these "kings of the earth"?
These kings and nations outside the city that need
healing are a class of people who are not in Hell

Satan & His Demons

We believe that one of God's mightiest archangels,
"Lucifer, son of the morning" (Isaiah 14:12), sinned and
fell through his pride, jealousy of God, and ambition.

He then became Satan [the Devil], the
infernal foe of all righteousness.

但！上帝和祂那充滿愛的聖靈，以及祂
眾多強而有力的天使們會與你在一起，
在你的四周，保護你，並將你從一切邪
惡中解救出來！詩篇 34:7; 91:10-13。
AND ESPECIALLY REMEMBER THAT
ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED JESUS
INTO YOUR HEART & have thereby
been "born again of the Spirit" (Jn.3:5),
you are the LORD'S FOREVER!--And
you don't need to fear or worry about
any ghosts, spooks, demons or even
Satan himself! God & His loving Holy
Spirit, as well as His hosts of mighty
Angels are with you, surrounding,
protecting & delivering you from all
evil!--Psa.34:7; 91:10-13
主的力量當然是強大得

上帝的力量就有

protection is just
like a force field
around us and
the enemy
cannot penetrate
it!
SO "Fear Thou Not" He

hand of My righteousness!"

因此上主告訴我們：「你
