The automobile sector is one of the basic pillars of growth in
modern economies, and plays a key role in the process of
industrialization as it demands supplies and services from
a great number of industrial sectors. Its constant innovation
and competitiveness has made it especially attractive for
new generations of graduates.
From a technological point of view the automobile industry
is one of the most advanced in regards to the application
of technologies and production procedures resulting
in increased productivity and cost reduction, majorly
contributing to the competitiveness of companies in the
sector. Being one of the most globalized markets in the
economy, the automotive industry’s projects need to be
developed on an international scale, requiring integrated
management that combines all the aspects of technology
and production, as well as business management, strategy
and human resources.
ICADE Business School and ICAI Engineering School of
the Comillas Pontifical University and Gestamp are offering
this Master in order to respond to the needs of developing
professionals who are exposed to international project
management in the automotive sector.

OBJECTIVES
• The Master will provide participants deep
knowledge about project management’s
main areas: technologies, production
techniques, business management and
human resources; applied to different
types of projects. The Master will focus
on all variables within international
project management, as well as it
will teach how to integrate project
management with strategy and business
processes. This Master combines
academic excellence in engineering
(Comillas ICAI) and business (Comillas
ICADE) with Gestamp’s industrial and
internationalization experience.

REQUIREMENTS
• Recent graduates in Engineering, Administration and Business Management
and other university degrees related to
project management.
• Excellent academic record.
• B2 English level according to the CEFR.
SECOND SEMESTER
Master thesis and project management work experience at

The full-time program starts October 13th
2015 and ends July 2016.
• Classes wil be held Monday to Thursday
afternoons and two mornings.

• The MIIPM Master combines academic excellence in
engineering (Comillas ICAI) and business (Comillas ICADE)
with the industrial and internationalization experience of
Gestamp.
• The Master will prepare the participants for the integrated
management of industrial projects in a global, highly complex
environment; through a very practical approach, in which
project management fundamentals will be combined with
a real project management work experience at Gestamp’s
plants worldwide.
