ORIENTATION
For the 2015‐2016 School Year at: Fletcher Elementary School 515 W Fletcher Street Orange, CA 92865 2015‐2016 Preschool Registration Monday, April 20, 2015 8:30 – 10:30 am Please bring the following to the registration orientation: 1. A copy of a birth record for all children living in the home 2. All paystubs for the months of March and April 2015 for parents 3. A bill to show residency within the Orange Unified School District (light, gas, etc.) 4. Immunization record for only the child that is registering for the program Space is limited! We will be accepting preschool registration interest for the 2015‐2016 school year. Final enrollment in the program is based upon eligibility and packet completion. Para el año escolar 2015‐2016: Escuela Primaria Fletcher 515 W Fletcher Street Orange, CA 92865 Inscripción Pre‐escolar 2015‐2016 lunes 20 de abril del 2015 8:30 – 10:30 am Espacio Limitado
Favor de traer lo siguiente a la orientación: 1. Una copia del acta de nacimiento de todos los niños que viven en el hogar 2. Todos los talones de cheques que los padres recibieron durante los meses de marzo y abril del 2015 3. Comprobante de domicilio dentro del Distrito Escolar Unificado de Orange (fractura de gas, electricidad, etc.) 4. Cartilla de vacunas (tarjeta amarilla) únicamente para el niño/a inscribiéndose en el programa Estaremos aceptando todas las inscripciones de interés para el pre escolar del año 2015‐2016. Se inscribirán sólo los niños que sean elegibles y tengan toda su documentación de inscripción completa. Requisitos de inscripción:  Las familias deben vivir o trabajar dentro de los límites del Distrito Escolar Unificado de Orange  Los niños deben tener 4 años antes del 1 de septiembre de 2015 

Los niños con las fechas de nacimiento entre el 2 de septiembre y 2 de diciembre se colocarán en una lista de espera hasta que todos los niños elegibles de 4 años hayan sido aceptados.
