Dr. Matilde Carrasco Barranco is senior lecturer in Aesthetics and Theory of Arts in the University of Murcia (Spain). Her fields of interest are aesthetics and normative ethics. She is the author of Consecuencias, Agencia y Moralidad (Granada: Comares, 2002) and recently she has published «Valeurs esthétiques et valeurs artistiques». She was elected to the executive committee of the European Society for Aesthetics (ESA) in 2012 and is currently the conference chair of the ESA.
