Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities Currently we are recruiting for a SITEL partnership worldwide company that operates in IT Business market, in the field of Technical Support, for the position of Inbound 1st Level Agent Helpdesk, for the Spanish market. Education • A minimum of High School diploma Experience Target • • • • Experience in Contact Center Helpdesk Technical Support Experience is a plus Experience in Troubleshooting and solving problems Experience in dealing with difficult customers • .
