Pueden participar películas de cualquier duración, cuyo contenido sea de temática Gay, Lésbica, Travesti, Transexual, o Bisexual; realizados con fecha posterior al 1 de enero del 2013. Los formatos admitidos son DVD, Blue-ray o formatos mpg o mov para descargar. 2. Para la inscripción del trabajo, se debe presentar una copia en DVD o un link para previsualización del material, junto con el formulario de inscripción, con los datos completos y firmado por la persona responsable del material. Tambien puede presentarse el material para ser descargado con enviando el formulario debidamente llenado al correo [email protected] 3. Pueden participar videos de cualquier nacionalidad. Las obras que sean un idioma distinto al castellano deberán suministrarse con su subtitulado al español 4. Debe detallarse: título de la obra, director/a, duración, dirección y teléfono de contacto. 5. Junto con el formulario y la película, puede adjuntarse material de prensa y preferentemente fotos digitalizadas. 6. Se seleccionarán algunas películas para la sección competitiva. El Jurado estará compuesto por tres integrantes: un representante del gremio cinematográfico, un gestor cultural y un representante de una ONG que vela por los derechos humanos. Se otorgaran diplomas a los ganadores de las siguientes categorías - Corto favorito del publico - Mejor Largometraje, premio del Jurado 8. La organización dará correspondiente notificación a los responsables de las obras que resulten seleccionadas, para que provean el material en su formato definitivo para la exhibición, en caso de no haberla enviado previamente. 9. El autor se responsabiliza de no afectar los derechos de autor de terceras personas y exime a los organizadores de cualquier responsabilidad legal. Los responsables firmantes en los formularios por el material presentado se hacen completo cargo de los derechos de propiedad intelectual, de autor, cargos y derechos de exhibición, y demás derechos, impuestos y obligaciones. Declaran ante OUTFESTPERU y/o a cualquiera de sus representantes, que son únicos responsables ante cualquier tipo de reclamo o demanda concerniente al material presentado, y que expresamente acuerdan indemnizar a OUTFESTPERU y/o a cualquiera de sus representantes ante cualquier tipo de reclamo o demanda, incluyendo reclamos de derechos de copyright y/o demás derechos, gastos por abogados, y demás gastos generados bajo dicha circunstancia. 10. La inscripción y participación en la muestra implica la aceptación absoluta de estas bases y condiciones. Las obras en formato definitivo no podrán ser retiradas hasta la finalización de la muestra. OutfestPerú conservará los DVD y los archivos de las películas en su biblioteca de películas. 11. Mediante la inscripción de la obra se autoriza a OUTFESTPERU para su exhibición en la ciudad de Lima y las localidades dentro del territorio peruano donde se presente el festival de manera itinerante. 12. OutfestPerú no se hace cargo del contenido de las obras. En caso de pérdida o rotura, el festival solo se hace cargo de la reposición del material virgen. OUTFESTPERU ENTRY FORM 2015 4 13. Todo aspecto no contemplado en este documento será resuelto únicamente por OutfestPerú. ENGLISH VERSION 1. Winners card will be awarded in the following categories - Short favorite public - Best Feature Film, Jury Award 8. The organization shall give notice thereof to the responsible of the works that are selected, to provide the material in its final format for display, if not having previously sent. 9. The author responsible for not affect the copyright of third parties and exempts the organizers from any liability. The signatories responsible in the forms submitted material is made complete by intellectual property, copyright, charges and exhibition rights, and other rights, taxes and duties. Declare to OUTFESTPERU and / or any of its representatives, who are solely responsible for any and all claims or demands concerning the material presented, and expressly agree to indemnify OUTFESTPERU and / or any of its representatives to any claim or demand, including claims copyright and / or other rights lawyers expenses, and other expenses incurred under such circumstances. 10. Registration and participation in the Festival implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Work on final format may not be withdrawn until the end of the sample. OutfestPerú keep the DVD and movie files in your movie library. 11. By the registration of the work authorizing OUTFESTPERU for exhibition in the city of Lima and localities within the Peruvian territory where they present the itinerant festival. 12.
