Se expondrán en tiempo real aquellos detalles de la intervención que se consideren más relevantes para la realización de las técnicas quirúrgicas más habituales (pancreatectomía, hepatectomía) y se mantendrá la integridad de las situaciones comprometidas y complejas de modo que se afronte la realidad de estas técnicas. El formato se ha diseñado de modo que los asistentes, en un ambiente relajado, puedan establecer un permanente diálogo con los ponentes durante la retransmisión de las intervenciones quirúrgicas y contribuir con su experiencia personal al resto de la audiencia.
