CONDICIONES GENERALES DE PARTICIPACIÓN
LUGAR, FECHAS Y HORARIOS
La feria se celebrará Fycma, Málaga, los días 19, 20 y 21 de junio de 2015.
Horario para expositores: de 10,30h a 21,00h
Horario para visitantes: de 11,30h a 20,30h y el domingo de 11,30h a 20,00h.
Se ruega a los expositores que no abandonen sus stands hasta que los visitantes hayan concluido su visita, quedando el pabellón
desalojado de público.
ADMISIÓN Y CONTRATACIÓN
Para participar en el 6º FORO DEL CAÑAMO Y TECNOLOGÍAS ALTERNATIVAS deberá remitir a la organización el formulario de
SOLICITUD DE PARTICIPACIÓN debidamente cumplimentado, acompañado de un justificante de transferencia bancaria a favor de
FERIA DEL CAÑAMO S.L. por un importe del 60% del total. El Boletín de Solicitud deberá rellenarse en todos sus apartados y se
firmará y sellará por la empresa solicitante. La organización se reserva el derecho de modificar la superficie y/o emplazamiento
asignado si las circunstancias lo exigieran y sin que se derive indemnización ni compensación alguna para el expositor por el
ejercicio del citado derecho. Quedará sin efecto la condición de expositor y revocada la cesión de espacio si no se cumplen los
plazos reflejados en el contrato. En caso de anulación parcial o total, se facturarán gastos de anulación como sigue: 41 días o
más previos al comienzo del evento: sin cargos/ 40 días previos o menos: 50% de cargos/ 20 días previos o menos: 100% de
cargos.
Los servicios contratados deberán abonarse según las condiciones estipuladas antes del inicio del foro. La organización se
reserva el derecho de retener las mercancías expuestas por impago de alguna factura.
PASES E INVITACIONES
La Organización pone a disposición exclusiva de las empresas expositoras pases e invitaciones para que puedan atender a sus
clientes, proveedores y personal con motivo de la feria. Para el personal de la empresa expositora que atenderá el stand, la
Organización entregará pases de expositor (5 pases/stand). La Organización entregará gratuitamente un máximo de 10
invitaciones/stand. Las invitaciones de un solo acceso serán válidas para cualquier día. El precio unitario para la empresa de cada
invitación adicional será de 8,00 euros. El precio en taquilla de las entradas para un solo acceso tendrá un coste de 12€, de 25€
el abono de tres días. No se permite la entrada a menores de 18 años.
RESTRICCIONES
No se permitirá el uso de adhesivos fuera de los stands, y dentro de los mismos no deben dejar rastro, quedando a cargo del
expositor/anunciante los gastos de su retirada/limpieza.
Rogamos que ningún artículo, publicidad (¡!) o pieza de mobiliario sobresalga de los límites de los stands; también la sala de
conferencias y pasillos han de quedar libres de publicidad.
Queda absolutamente prohibido exponer plantas vivas, esquejes, setas o productos que contengan THC, así como cualquier
sustancia no autorizada (ver listado en:

NORMATIVA DE MONTAJE Y DESMONTAJE
ACCESO Y DESARROLLO DEL MONTAJE
Para autorizar el acceso de las empresas de montaje será imprescindible la acreditación de éstas, así como de los
montadores, en las oficinas de organización, previa presentación del documento de identidad personal y de los
documentos que la organización estime necesarios.
Toda empresa expositora con stand de DISEÑO deberá enviarnos el PLANO de MONTAJE y la información que sigue:
1. Lista de empresas externas y personas que trabajarán para ellas con sus números de DNI
2. Relación nominal de los trabajadores (TC2) y Boletín de cotización a la Seguridad Social (TC1). En su defecto Declaración
Responsable, por parte del empresario, del cumplimiento con la normativa laboral vigente y las obligaciones con la
Seguridad Social.
3. Nombre y teléfono de la persona responsable para coordinación en temas de PRL.
4. Actividades, puestos de trabajo que van a desarrollar y mencionar si alguno supone una actividad especialmente
peligrosa.
5. Vehículos o máquinas que utilizarán para sus trabajos.
6. *Solo stands con segunda planta: Planos debidamente sellados por el Colegio de Arquitectos.
CONDICIONES GENERALES DE PARTICIPACIÓN

El acceso y desalojo se efectuará por la entrada de mercancías.
Los días de validez de las acreditaciones de montadores son el martes 16, miércoles 17, jueves 18 y lunes 22 de junio de
2015.

Martes 16 de junio: 16:00h – 20:00h
Miércoles 17 de junio: 8:30h - 20:30h.
Jueves 18 de junio: 8:30h - 20:30h.
Viernes 19 de junio: 9:00h - 11h.

Domingo 21 de junio: 20:00h – 21:00h
Lunes 22 de junio: 08:30h - 20:00h

Está prohibida la entrada de vehículos al interior del recinto.
Dejen las puertas de mercancías despejada una vez cargada o descargada la mercancía.
Respeten los turnos de carga y descarga.
Feria del Cáñamo no se hace responsable de daños o pérdidas del material de la empresa montadora.
Los almacenes son de uso exclusivo de los expositores y organizadores. Queda prohibido su uso para el material de la
empresa montadora.
Al desmontaje, rogamos se lleven todo el material de desecho y no dejen ningún residuo. En caso de dejarlo, se cobrará la
limpieza, desescombrado, reparación del daño, si lo hubiera, y peso del material desechado según las tarifas vigentes.
INFORMACIÓN Y NORMAS
La carga máxima admisible en suelos de pabellón es de 2000 Kg/m2.
La altura máxima autorizada de los stands dentro del pabellón es de 5m. No está permitido dejar vehículos estacionados
en la plaza exterior de mercancías.
Requiere autorización expresa y previa de la Organización la realización excepcional de las siguientes tareas:

Introducir productos inflamables, tóxicos o peligrosos.
Producir humos, llamas, chispas, fuegos o altas temperaturas.
Colgar elementos de la estructura del edificio.
Conectar equipos eléctricos en tomas no autorizadas.
Cuídense en no derramar líquidos sobre el suelo de los pabellones. (Avisar inmediatamente a seguridad en el caso de
derrame accidental)
La colocación de la moqueta ha de hacerse con cinta homologada. No está permitido el uso de adhesivos que dejen
restos.
Abstenerse de hacer agujeros en suelos o paredes del recinto ferial.
El recinto ferial de Málaga prohíbe el uso de balones de HELIO durante la celebración del evento según su normativa.
SEGURIDAD
Las empresas montadoras deberán cumplir todas las exigencias de la normativa referente a Prevención de Riesgos
Laborales.
La Organización podrá paralizar cualquier montaje donde observe un incumplimiento al respecto.
Mantener pasillos y zonas de acceso y operación de los elementos de seguridad, tales como salidas de emergencia,
mangueras, pulsadores y extintores, libres de todo obstáculo.
En caso de emergencia seguirán las instrucciones detalladas en el plan de evacuación que se entregará en mano en las
oficinas de organización.
El recinto procederá a suministrar alimentación eléctrica a los stands a lo largo del último día de montaje, una vez
cumplidos los trámites y documentación exigidas.
CONDICIONES GENERALES DE PARTICIPACIÓN
ENTREGA Y RECOGIDA DE MERCANCIAS:
Los horarios para la entrega y recogida de mercancías son los mismos que los de montaje y desmontaje: Toda mercancía
deberá ser entregada/ recogida dentro de estos horarios sin excepción (¡!). Feria del cáñamo no se hará responsable de
ninguna mercancía que se entregue o recoja fuera de los horarios estipulados.
Rogamos rotulen cada bulto con el nombre de su compañía y el nº de stand (¡también para la recogida una vez finalizada la
feria!). La dirección de entrega deberá constar como sigue:

El recinto ferial cerrará sus puertas definitivamente el lunes día 22 de junio a las 20h. Asegúrese de que todos sus bultos/
pallets sean recogidos antes de este plazo: El expositor cargará con cualquier gasto derivado del almacenaje de los mismos tras
la hora de cierre.
MUSICA Y ACTUACIONES
Informamos a los expositores que no está permitido poner música y/o hacer cualquier tipo de actuación en las zonas de
exposición.
Queda prohibido cualquier acto promocional que pudiera poner en peligro la seguridad de los asistentes al evento (lanzar
objetos, provocar avalanchas, etc).
VIGILANCIA
La Organización se encarga del servicio de vigilancia general del recinto, tanto de día como de noche. No obstante la
Organización declina toda responsabilidad por los daños y robos que puedan sufrir las instalaciones y mercancías expuestas. El
expositor debe ocuparse de la vigilancia de su stand y de sus bienes expuestos durante las horas del certamen, así como
durante el montaje y desmontaje. Se recomienda a los expositores vigilar todavía con mayor atención los propios bienes de
exposición durante los periodos de montaje y desmontaje de su stand. Los objetos de valor que puedan llevarse fácilmente,
deberán cerrarse con llave durante la noche. Si un expositor desea contratar personal para la vigilancia de su stand durante los
días y noches de montaje y duración de la Feria, deberá solicitar previamente a la Organización la correspondiente
autorización, y el presupuesto para que la propia Organización proporcione este servicio.
LIMPIEZA
La Organización cuidará de la limpieza general del recinto, quedando incluida la limpieza básica (zonas comunes, vaciado de
papeleras), y siendo responsabilidad y a cargo del expositor la limpieza específica de su stand.
SEGUROS
El Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil es obligatorio, quedando este incluido en la Contratación. Cobertura: 1.500.000 euros.
Aquellos expositores que lo deseen pueden ampliar las cantidades de cobertura especificándolo a la Organización, la cual
procederá a ampliar la cobertura y facturar el importe correspondiente.
CAUSAS DE FUERZA MAYOR
La Organización se reserva el derecho de aplazar el certamen, siempre que circunstancias especiales así lo aconsejen o causas
de fuerza mayor lo exijan. Tales circunstancias no serán motivo suficiente para que los expositores rescindan su contrato ni
para exigir cualquier tipo de compensación en concepto de daños y perjuicios.
PLIEGO CONTRACTUAL
Todos los expositores, por el hecho de firmar el contrato de participación en el certamen, aceptan las presentes Normas de
Participación. Cualquier duda, cuestión o divergencia que pudiera surgir entre los expositores y la organización, será sometida
al Arbitraje de Equidad a que se refiere la Ley 60/2003, de 23 de diciembre, al Tribunal Arbitral de Málaga, obligándose a
cumplir el laudo que se emita.

The fair will be held in Fycma, Malaga, on June 19 , 20 and 21 , 2015.
Opening hours for exhibitors: 10,30AM to 9PM.
Opening hours for visitors: 11,30AM to 8,30PM; and Sunday from 11,30AM to 8PM.
Exhibitors are asked not to leave their stands unattended until the exhibition halls remain clear of trade public.
ADMISSION AND CONTRACTS

To participate at the 6 Hemp and Alternative Technologies Fair, the duly completed Application Form should be sent to the
organizers together with the bank proof of payment for at least 60% of the total space rent. All sections of the Application
Form must be filled in and signed by a person empowered by the exhibiting firm to do so. The organizers reserve the right to
modify the floor space and/or the location of the site, should the circumstances so require, and without the exhibitor being
entitled to any compensation or indemnity on account of the organizers exercising this right. The firm's status as exhibitor and
the space allocated to it shall be withdrawn if the statements shown in the contract are not fulfilled. In case of total or partial
cancellation, expenses will be invoiced as follows: 41 days before the beginning of the event or more: no charge/ 40 days
before or less: 50% charge/ 20% days before or less: 100% charge.
Services and utilities must be fully paid according to the terms and conditions before the starting of the event.
The organizers reserve the right to retain exhibited goods in case of any invoice remains unpaid.
PASSES AND INVITATIONS
The Organizers will exclusively provide the exhibiting firms with passes and invitations for their customers, suppliers and staff
to attend the exhibition. The Organizers will provide the Exhibiting Firms with exhibitor passes for personnel staffing (5 passes/
stand) and one day- invitations free of charge (max. 10). Any additional invitation for the Exhibitors will cost 8 Euros each
(valid for any day). The price of tickets at the gate for single admission to the Exhibition shall be 12 Euros per day, 25 Euros the
three days’ ticket. The entrance for people under 18 years old is not allowed.
RESTRICTIONS
Please, note that only the use of easily removable stickers is allowed, and just inside the stands. The exhibitos/ advertising
company will be charged with any related expenses of cleaning/ removing.
Please, do not exceed the limits of your stand with any item, furniture, display or publicity. The conference room and corridors
must be also clear of publicity.
It is absolutely forbidden to exhibit products containing any of the illegal substances listed in the following link:

product containing THC.
SETTING UP AND DISMANTLING STANDS
ASSEMBLY - ENTRY AND PROGRESS
Every assembly company and assembly worker must be authorized to access the fair. Every assembly worker must show
his passport (and all the personal documents that the organizers find obligatory) in the organization’s office before
entering the venue.
Companies that will build their own stands must send us the floor plan and the following information:

Fiscal name of any external company that may build the stand and a list of their workers that will come to the venue with
their ID numbers.
Nominal list of all the workers (TC2) and Social Security forms (TC1). Otherwise, a declaration firmed by the employer in
which he guarantees that he meets all the requirements of the current Spanish labor laws and Social Security obligations.
Name and phone number of the worker in charge of Labour Risks Prevention.
Activity and kind of work the staff will do, mentioning if any of the jobs might be of dangerous nature.
List of vehicles and/or machines that will be used during setting up.

Vehicles are not allowed inside the venue.
Gates must be cleared off once the equipment is loaded or unloaded.
Please, respect the load and unload turns.
Feria del Cañamo will be not responsible for the damages or losses suffered by the assembly companies.
Warehouses are only intended for the use by exhibitors and organizers. Assembly companies are not allowed to use them.
Once the disassembly process is over, we request the companies to take away any waste. If they leave some waste at the
venue, they will have to pay for the cleaning, clear up or damage reparation —if it is the case— and by the weight of the
waste, in accordance with current rates.
INFORMATION AND RULES
The maximum weight allowed on the pavilion floor is 2000 kg/m2.
The maximum height allowed for the stands inside the pavilion is 5m.
Assembly workers must have express written authorization by the organizers to do the following tasks:

Bring in inflammable, toxic or dangerous products.
Make smoke, flames, sparks or fires, or produce high temperatures.
Hang anything from the exhibition pavilion
Plug in electrical equipment to not allowed sockets.
Take care to not spill any liquids on the pavilion floor (In case of accidental spill, please immediately notify the security
service).
The carpet must be laid with an approved tape. It is forbidden the use of adhesive materials that leave marks.
Please, don’t make holes on the floor and walls of the modular stands.
According to the rules, is not allowed to use helium balloons during the celebration of the event.
SAFETY REGULATIONS
Assembly companies must meet all requirements related to Labour Risks Prevention.
The organizers can halt any assembly work if they detect any breach.
Aisles, entries and safety equipment and zones —such as emergency exits, hoses, buttons and extinguishers— must
remain without obstacles.
In case of emergency, everyone must follow the detailed instructions of the evacuation plan that will be handed in at the
organizers’ office.
The enclosure will provide electrical energy to the stands during the last day of assembly work, once all the formalities are
met and the required documentation is submitted.
SHIPPING AND COLLECTING OF GOODS
The schedule for shipping and collecting of goods are the same as the setting up and the dismantling. The goods must be
shipped/ collected within that time table only (!). Feria del Cañamo will be not responsible for the goods shipped or collected
outside the stipulated hours.

The venue will permanently close on Monday 22 of June at 8PM. Please, ensure that every parcel/ pallet will be collected
before that time. After the closing time, the exhibitor will be charged with the cost of the storage of the above mentioned
items.
MUSIC AND SHOWS
Music and performances will not be allowed in the exhibiting stands.
Any promotional act that could become dangerous is forbidden (such as throwing objects of any kind, causing avalanches of
crowds, etc).
SURVEILLANCE
The Organizers shall provide general surveillance of the fairground during the day and during the night. Nevertheless, the
Organizers disclaim all liability for any damage or robbery suffered by the installations and the goods on display. The exhibitor
shall be responsible for the surveillance of his stands and his exhibited goods throughout the time of the exhibition as well as
during the setting up and packing away. Exhibitors are advised to provide even closer surveillance of their own exhibited goods
during the setting up and dismantling of their stand. Any articles of value that can easily be taken away must be locked up at
night. If an exhibitor wishes to hire surveillance staff for his stand during night and day while setting up and while the
Exhibition is on, please ask for permission and an estimate to the Organizers, who will provide this service.
CLEANING
The Organizers will take care of the general cleaning of the fairground, as well as basic cleaning (common areas, emptying of
waste baskets). However, each exhibitor is be responsible for, and bear the cost of, specific cleaning of his stand.
INSURANCE
Civil Liability Insurance is compulsory and is covered by the participation agreement. Coverage: 1.500.000 Euros. Exhibitors,
who so desire, may increase the amount covered by specifying this to the Organizers, which will then increase the coverage
and bill the amount accordingly.
REASONS OF MAJOR FORCE
The Organizers reserve the right to postpone the exhibition, provided that special circumstances make this advisable or it is
required for reasons of force majeure. Such circumstances shall not be sufficient grounds for the exhibitors to rescind their
agreement nor for them to demand any type of compensation for damages.
CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All exhibitors, by signing the agreement to participate in the exhibition, thereby accept the present Participation Regulations.
All disputes, differences and questions which may arise between the Exhibitors and the organizers concerning the
construction, performance and execution of these Participation Regulations shall be referred to Equity Arbitration under the
provisions of Law 60/2003 of 23 December, the administration of the Arbitration and the designation of the arbitrator being
entrusted to the Arbitration Court of Málaga, both parties undertaking to abide by the arbitrator's decision.

Ya en el recinto ferial y durante los días de montaje, rogamos nos hagáis entrega en la oficina de organización
de una muestra del producto presentado, ya que los expondremos todos en vitrinas durante el evento (o una
foto impresa del mismo, en caso de tratarse de un objeto demasiado grande).
La entrega de premios, que tendrá lugar el sábado 20 de Junio en el Auditorio a las 20,00h.
There are novelties for the SPANNABIS MÁLAGA awards 2015, for which not only the exhibitors will be able
to vote -as previously- but this time also all the visitors with no exception, professionals as well as private
ones.
The different categories will be:
Best seed bank
Best stand
Best nutrient
Best growing tool
Best paraphernalia product
Best hemp product
In order to participate at any of these categories (except of best stand), we ask you to please send us the
following before the 28th of May 2015 (after the deadline no entries will be accepted):

Name and description of the product to compete (one per exhibiting company), and a
Picture of that product in high resolution. The seeds bank only logo.
Once at the venue and during the setting up days, please bring us to the organization’s office a sample of your
competing product, which we are going to exhibit in locked displays during the show (and a printed picture of
the logo of the seed banks that will participate, or of any too tiny or big product to display).
The awards ceremony will take place on Saturday, 20th of June, in the Auditorium at 20,00h.

Descripción del Servicio
A través de las cuatro pantallas de plasma ubicadas en el hall principal del recinto
de Spannabis, se emitirán videos temáticos (cannabis, ediciones anteriores,
musicales) así como notificaciones de la World Cannabis Conferences y Spannabis.
Además se ofrece la posibilidad a todos aquellos participantes en la feria de emitir
sus videos publicitarios o anuncios.
Los anuncios de los clientes se emitirán cada hora, la lo largo de los tres días de
Feria, y las veces por hora que los anunciantes contraten.
De esta manera, se abaratan los coste publicitarios de nuestros clientes en posters,
lonas y flyers, contribuyendo así a la reducción de la contaminación del Medio
Ambiente y la basura roducida por la impresión de soportes físicos.

In the four plasma screens located at the main hall of Spannabis venue will broadcast
thematic videos (cannabis, past editions, musicals) and notifications of Spannabis
and the World Cannabis Conferences. Furthermore, participants to the tradeshow
have the possibility to broadcast their own advertisement videos.
During the three days of the tradeshow, adverts will be broadcasted as many times
per hour as hired by the advertiser.
In this way, we reduce the advertisement costs of posters and flyers, but also the
environment pollution due to the printing of materials.

Ponemos en tu conocimiento que el Palacio de Ferias de Málaga prohíbe terminantemente colocar todo
tipo de publicidad (carteles, pegatinas, etc.) en las paredes del recinto.
Los espacios que todos disponemos son, o bien colgar del techo (altura máxima del recinto 5m), encima
de vuestro stand, la publicidad que preciséis, para ello deberéis contratar un especialista que os cuelgue
esta publicidad; o bien alquilar alguno de los
mástiles (11m de altura) que presentamos a
continuación.

Please be informed that the Conference Center of
Málaga absolutely forbids placing any kind of
publicity (posters, stickers…) on the venue’s walls.
The only available spaces to place our publicity are, hanging from the ceiling (maximum height 5m) on top
of your own stand, for that you may need to hire a specialist to hang it; or you can rent one of the
following flagpoles (height: 11m).

A cada visitante se le regalará con su entrada la Guía de Spannabis Málaga, la cual incluye en su interior los vales

ofrecer 3 productos x2, descuentos (por compras superiores a X€), regalo de muestras, etc.
El precio de cada vale descuento/ cupón es de 200€ + IVA. Los patrocinadores y los anunciantes de: la Guía
Spannabis, Cannabis Magazine y/o El Cultivador, tendrán 1 cupón gratuito.
En caso de querer participar, por favor, enviad vuestros diseños antes del 28 de Mayo de 2015. (Aquellos diseños

Each visitor will get, together with his/her ticket, a copy of the Spannabis Málaga Guide in which the discount
tokens are included. The purpose of such tokens is to attract them straight to the stands of the participating
companies. In the art work to be sent for your token you can, for example, make 3x2 offers, discounts (for
purchases over a certain amount), free samples, etc.
The price of each token is 200 €. Advertising companies at the Guide, Cannabis Magazine and /or El Cultivador,
and sponsors will have one for free.
In case you want to participate, please send us the related art work before the 28th of May 2015 (the designs that
arrive after the deadline will not take part in this promotion).
