Libertad Wind Park is composed of 4 Vestas V100 1,8 / 2,0 MW wind turbines, adding up a total of 7,7 MW
nominal power.
Libertad Wind Park is owned by 5 recognized companies in their field, listed in alphabetical order as follows:
Atmul S.A., Nasdely Corporation S.A., Risper Park S.A., Ventus Energía S.A.
Financing for Libertad Wind Park was provided in 70% by Banco República.
LEGAL STRUCTURE
In order to exploit Libertad Wind Park, a management trust was formed between the 4 companies aforementioned
(settlors) and Togely Company S.A. (trustee). This legal structure ensures a smooth commercialization of the
electric energy between the investors, the trustee and UTE.
The trustee leases the windpowered generators of each settlor in order to generate electric power and then sells
that power to the Spot Market, using this income to pay for the leasing of the generators and land, maintenance
of general equipment and any other operating expense, and afterwards divides up the dividends of its income
with the 4 settlors.
