Dear Parents/Guardians of 8th Grade Students:
The purpose of this letter is to give you information about upcoming events and graduation.
M.E.T.S. Charter School Spring Formal Friday, May 15, 2015:
M.E.T.S. will be holding its annual Spring Formal. It will be held Friday May 15th at Bayonne Knights
of Columbus, $40 per students. Money for the formal must be in no later than Monday, May 11, 2015.
M.E.T.S. Charter School Eighth Grade Ring Ceremony, Wednesday, May 20, 2015, 6:30 pm:
M.E.T.S. will have its first Ring Ceremony for our 8th graders. During this ceremony the student will
be presented with their 8th grade Graduation Ring.
M.E.T.S. Charter School Eighth Grade Graduation Dues, Monday, June15, 2015:
The Eighth Grade graduation due that needs to be collected is $60.00. The dues are for:
Cap, Gown and Tassel
Diploma
Diploma case
Yearbook
Students must have their dues paid in full in order to receive the items listed above. All dues should be paid no
later than Wednesday, June 17, 2015.
M.E.T.S. Charter School Eighth Grade Field Trip, Thursday, June 25, 2015:
The Eighth Grade class field trip will be Thursday, June 25, 2015. The students will be having a fun
day at Six Flags Great Adventure; tickets will be $45 per student. Money for Six Flags must be in no
later than Monday, June 15, 2015.
M.E.T.S. Charter School Eighth Grade Graduation, Friday, June 26, 2015:
The Eighth Grade Graduation will be Friday, June 26, 2015 at 9:30 am. Additional information will
be sent home at a later date.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the school at 201-526-8500. All payments can be in cash
or Money Order payable to M.E.T.S. Charter School and handed in to Ms. Montanez in Student Services.

M.E.T.S. Charter School Octavo Grado Viaje de estudios, Jueves, 25 de Junio 2015:
El viaje de clases de octavo grado será el jueves 25 de junio de 2015. Los estudiantes va a tener un día de
diversión en Six Flags Great Adventure; entradas será de $45 por estudiante. Dinero para Six Flags debe estar
en no más tarde del Lunes, 15 de Junio 2015.

La graduación de octavo grado será Viernes, 25 de Junio de 2015 a las 9:30 am. Información adicional
