SONIC CAT エンドユーザー使用許諾契約書
重要：本製品をインストールまたは使用する前に、本 SONIC CAT エンドユーザー使用許諾契約書を必ずお読みください。
本使用許諾契約書（以下、
「本契約」と言います）は、SONIC CAT 社ソフトウェア音源製品（コンピューターソフトウェア、関
連するメディア、ビデオ、レコーディング、印刷物、オンライン上または電子的に提供されるドキュメントを含みます）
（以下、
総称して「本ソフトウェア」と言います）に対して、オリジナル・エンド・ユーザーであるお客様個人（以下、
「お客様」と言いま
す）と SONIC CAT 社（以下、
「SONIC CAT」と言います）との間に締結される法的な契約です。
SONIC CAT は、本ソフトウェアに係わる全てのプログラム、スクリプト、サンプル、画像、テキストの権利を所有しています。
お客様は、本契約の諸条件に同意されることで、本ソフトウェアのインストールが可能となります。本契約の内容に同意され
ないときは、本ソフトウェアをご使用にならないでください。
1) ライセンス
SONIC CAT は本契約の各条項に従い、本ソフトウェアを購入したお客様個人が、お客様の音楽制作において、本ソフトウェ
アを使用することができる、またはバックアップ用のコピーを作成できる、非独占的な権利をお客様に許諾します。
お客様は a) お客様の私的利用 b) お客様の音楽制作において、本ソフトウェアを再生、演奏、録音ｃ ) 学校法人が教育を目
的として本ソフトウェアを使用する場合、学校法人が独占的に所有する最大 3 台までのコンピュータで、本ソフトウェアをご利
用できます。法人の場合、法人が独占的に所有する最大 3 台のコンピュータで本ソフトウェアを利用できます。
2）追加ライセンス / 再配布
SONIC CAT は商用目的で本ソフトウェアを使用し作成したお客様の音楽や効果音を、配布、販売する権利をお客様に許諾し
ます。ただし、SONIC CAT 並びに代理店は、お客様が制作した音楽や効果音に起因する一切の問題について責任を負いません。
3) 著作権
本契約ではお客様に、本ソフトウェアを使用するライセンスが許諾されていますが、本ソフトウェアの所有権をお客様に販売／
譲渡するものではありません。本契約においてお客様に許諾されている権利を除き、本ソフトウェアの知的財産権を含む全て
の権利、所有権は SONIC CAT が留保しています。本ソフトウェアは国際知的財産法により保護されています。
4) 払い戻し
本ソフトウェアを、払い戻し、交換することはできません。
5) 制限
5.1) NFR(Not For Resale) 製品
「Not For Resale」や「NFR」と記載されている場合、本ソフトウェアを再販売または譲渡することができません。
5.2) リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルの制限
本ソフトウェアのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルは認められていません。
5.3) データ使用の許諾
お客様は、SONIC CAT 及びその代理店が、本ソフトウェアに関するサポートの一環としてお客様より提供されたテクニカ
ル情報を収集及び使用することを了承しているものとします ( 以下、
「サポート」
と言います )。SONOIC CAT は、
本ソフトウェ
ア、カスタマーサービス、テクノロジーの改善の為にこれらの情報を使用し、お客様を特定するような方法では使用しません。
5.4) 譲渡
お客様は、本ソフトウェア並び本ソフトウェアを購入することで得たライセンスを第三者へ譲渡することはできません。
6) 違反
お客様が本契約の諸条項に違反した場合、SONIC CAT は、他の如何なる権利を害する事なく本契約を即時終了させることが
できます。また、この場合、お客様は本ソフトウェアとアップデートのコピー及び構成データを全て破棄しなければなりません。

7) 免責及び救済
SONIC CAT は、本ソフトウェアの操作において、本ソフトウェアの動作の中断やエラーが起こらないということを一切保証し
ていません。本ソフトウェアに起因する、お客様が被られた損害が如何なるものであろうとも（ここで記された損害や本契約
上での損害の他に、直接的または一般的な損害も含みますがそれを限りとせず）SONIC CAT 並びにその代理店は、一切の責
任を負いません。
本契約は抵触法の原則には関係なく大韓民国の法律に準拠します。
クリプトン・フューチャー・メディア株式会社（以下「当社」）は、本製品の契約原文（以下「契約原文」
）を日本語に翻訳したものである本契約について、翻訳の
完全性を保証するものではありません。もし本契約と契約原文に相違があったときには、契約原文を優先するものとします。また、その様な相違によって損害
が生じたとしても、当社は保障いたしません。契約原文および本契約は、変更することがあります。その場合当社は、本契約の最新版を当社 WEB サイトにて
公表するものとします。本契約に関してご質問がある場合、当社 (Fax:011-222-0707 / Email: [email protected]) までお問い合わせください。

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY :
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single
entity) and Sonic Cat Inc. ("Sonic Cat") for the Sonic Cat software product(s) accompanying this EULA, which
include(s) computer software and may include associated media, videos, recordings, printed materials, electronic
documentation, service based on Internet ("SOFTWARE").
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If
you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not open, install, copy, or otherwise use the SOFTWARE; you may,
however, return it to your place of purchase for a full refund.

1) LICENSE TO USE SOFTWARE
Sonic Cat grants to you as an individual, a personal, nonexclusive license to use the SOFTWARE and make backup
copies of the SOFTWARE (a) for your internal use; (b) for playing, performing and recording your music or sound
effects; and (c) for education. You may use this product on up to three (3) separate computers, which computers
shall be owned and used by you exclusively. If you are an entity, Sonic Cat grants you the right to designate one
individual within your organization to have the sole right to use the SOFTWARE in the manner provided above.
2) ADDITIONAL LICENSE RIGHTS - RE-DISTRIBUTABLE DATA
Additional license rights for certain data that are made by using the SOFTWARE are provided to you. Sonic Cat
and any of its suppliers shall be not liable for any problem about redistributable data, redistribution or any other
products. Sonic Cat grants you the right to distribute or sell recordings such as music or sound effects that are
made by using the SOFTWARE for value or not.
3) RESERVATION OF RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP
Sonic Cat reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA. The SOFTWARE is protected by copyright
and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Sonic Cat or its suppliers own the title, copyright, and other
intellectual property rights in the SOFTWARE. The SOFTWARE is licensed, not sold.
4) REFUNDS
All sales are final and your purchase is not refundable, so please choose your selection carefully.
5) DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
5.1) Not For Resale Software
If the SOFTWARE is labeled "Not For Resale" or "NFR," then you may not resell, or otherwise transfer for value,
the SOFTWARE.
5.2) Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE.
5.3) Consent to Use of Data
You agree that Sonic Cat and its affiliates may collect and use technical information gathered as part of the
support services related to the SOFTWARE ("SUPPORT") provided to you. Sonic Cat may use this information
solely to improve our products or to provide customized services or technologies to you and will not disclose
this information in a form that personally identifies you.

5.4) Software Transfer
The SOFTWARE and the license of SOFTWARE cannot be transferred to any other use. Sonic Cat guarantee no
SUPPRT for the transferred SOFTWARE or the license of SOFTWARE.
6) TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, Sonic Cat may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and
conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the all of SOFTWARE and UPDATE.
7) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sonic Cat does not warrant that the SOFTWARE is error-free or will operate without interruption. Sonic Cat and
any of its suppliers shall be not liable for any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including,
without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract or anything else).
This EULA shall be governed by the internal laws of Korea, Republic of, without giving effect to principles of conflict
