Send application materials to the center you wish to
attend. Make checks payable to Spring International
Language Center. Spring will send a Form I-20 and
letter of admission upon acceptance. Please bring
transcripts of high school and college/university classes if
you are planning to continue academic study in the
United States.
上記の必要書類を通学希望の学校へ送ってください。お
支払い ( 国際為替手形、小切手等 ) の宛先は Spring
International Language Center とご記入ください。
当校より入学許可書 I-20 と出願受領書を送付します。
米国での大学入学・編入等希望の場合、高校の卒業証明
書、日本の大学の成績証明書をご持参ください。
VISAS ビザの手続き
Upon receipt of the application materials, Spring
International will issue an I-20 Certificate of Eligibility
Form which the student can present to the U.S.
Consulate/Embassy to obtain an F-1 Student Visa.

LETTER OF ACADEMIC ADMISSIBILITY
大学入学・編入願書
Students in need of a letter of academic admissibility
may submit their records for review for possible
admission to a university. If, after review of their records,
they are found to be academically qualified, they can be
issued a Letter of Academic Admissibility. To apply for
such a letter, please send the following in addition to the
three items listed above:
大学入学・編入を希望する学生は下記の書類を提出して
ください。選考の結果、大学への入学または編入可能な
場合推薦状を作成します。
Two official copies of secondary or university
transcripts with certified English translations attached.
短大、大学の英文による成績証明書２通
Copies of standardized test results, such as TOEFL
and GMAT, if available.

ATTENDANCE 出席率
Spring International Language Center would like you to
benefit as much as possible from your English classes.
Therefore, you will be expected to attend classes full
time (23 hours per week). We expect students to attend
regularly and to abide by the school Attendance Policy.

1. Dormitories are available at the Arkansas Center only. Residence Hall Fees do not include meals.

2. The cost of books is an estimate. The actual cost may vary slightly depending on the student’s placement level.

3. Health Insurance: All students are required to have health insurance while attending Spring International.
Students will be required to purchase the insurance provided by Spring International unless they present proof of
other insurance coverage at registration.
３．医療保険代：学生は医療保険加入が前提となります。スプリング・インターナショナルの提示する以外の保険の
場合、保険証明書を提示願います。
In addition to the above expenses, students should plan on having approximately $400 per month for miscellaneous expenses,
including local transportation, recreation and shopping. This is an estimate. The actual amount may vary depending on the
student’s spending habits. Students with dependents should plan on having $3500 additional for each dependent.
上記以外に月約$400 の交通費、交際費、諸雑費を加算してください。（あくまでも目安です。個人の出費状態により
異なります）学生が扶養者を伴う場合、１人あたり$3,500 を見積もって下さい。

Spring International Language Center is fully accredited by CEA
(Commission on English Language Program Accreditation).

OTHER EXPENSES その他の費用
Students should expect to spend approximately $400
per month for miscellaneous expenses, including local
transportation, shopping, laundry, recreation, etc.
授業料・滞在費の他に月約$400 の諸費用（交通費、交
際費、諸雑費）を見積もっておいて下さい。(あくまで
も目安です。個人によって異なります。)
Some student activities require a fee.
学生の課外アクティビティによっては別途費用が掛か
るものがあります。
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE TUITION
授業料に含まれるもの
In addition to the cost of classroom instruction, the
tuition includes the following services: airport pick-up,
homestay placement, international student advising, and
assistance with college and university placement.
クラス・講義以外に空港への出迎え、滞在先の手配
料、留学生カウンセリング、大学入学・編入のお手伝
い費用は授業料に含まれます。
PAYMENT DEADLINES
お支払い期限
All fees are due and payable at registration on or before
the first day of the term. Payment of fees must be made
by the end of the first week of the term.
すべての料金は受講日前日までに納入して下さい。
Students who pay after the first week of the term will
be charged a late payment fee of $100.
受講開始後１週間後以降は滞納料$100 が加算されま
す。
AIRPORT PICK-UP
空港へのお出迎え
Spring International will arrange to meet you at the
airport upon arrival. Please notify our office of your
arrival time at least two weeks before arrival. There is
no charge for this service.
スプリング・インターナショナルはデンバー空港に到
着時、出迎えます。到着日より２週間前に到着予定時
刻をお知らせください。（費用不要）
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
受講年齢
Students must be at least 16 years of age to enroll at the
Littleton Center, 17 at the Denver Center, and 18 at the
Arkansas Center.
リトルトン校１６歳以上、デンバー校１７歳以上
アーカンソー校１８歳以上が受講年齢です。
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
受講取り消し、払い戻し規定
Tuition and fees are payable on or before the first day of
the term. If a student decides to withdraw during the
term, he/should inform the school in writing of the day of
withdrawal. Refunds are based on the last day of
attendance and will be issued within 30 days from this
date. There will be no refunds for students who are
terminated due to violation of the SILC’s written
disciplinary and/or attendance policies or local, state, or
federal law. When calculating the number of weeks
completed, a partial week will be counted as a whole
week, provided the student was present at least one day
during the scheduled week. Spring International
Language Center follows the refund policy outlined
below:
授業料、その他の費用は受講日前日までにお支払いと
なっています。もし、受講取り消しを希望される場
合、受講最終日をセンターへ記述提示してください。
払い戻しは受講最終日より精算し、30 日以内の払い戻
しとなります。
スプリング・インターナショナルの規定に反した場
合、地域、州、国の法律に反した場合は払い戻しの対
象になりません。
払い戻しの精算にあたり 1 週間のうちに 1 日でも出席
があった場合はその週は出席されたものとみなしま
す。払い戻しのガイドラインは下記の通り
1. In all cases, the application fee is not refundable.
2. If a student is denied a visa, a full refund of tuition
and fees paid will be made.
3. For students who withdraw at any point during the
first half of the nine-week term, SILC will retain the
prorated amount of tuition for four weeks and will
refund the remaining tuition to the student.
4. Students who withdraw after the first half of the 9week term will receive no refund.
5. For students who enroll for a subsequent term and
withdraw before or at the midpoint of that term, SILC
will retain a prorated amount of tuition up to the
midpoint. For students who withdraw after the
midpoint of any subsequent term, SILC will retain all
of the tuition for that term.
1. 出願料は払い戻しの対象になりません。
2. ビザ申請が拒否された場合は全額払い戻しとなりま
す。
3. 全学期(9 週間コース)(初回受講者)の生徒が受講取
り消しを希望する場合、取り消し希望日が受講工程
の半分又は半分以下の場合スプリング・インターナ
ショナルは４週間分の授業料を徴収し残りを返済し
ます。
4. 全学期の生徒(初回受講者 )が受講取り消しの希望を
受講工程の半分以上を受講した場合は、払い戻しの
対象となりません。
5. 継続受講者の場合受講工程の半分、半分以下の場合
残りの半分が払い戻しとなります。受講工程が半分
以上の場合払い戻しの対象になりません。
