Changes of Board of Directors and Management
of Dravya Life AG
Schaan, 2. April 2015. Dravya Life announces the election of Andreas Muschik, Benjamin J. Fischer and
Cédric B. Borer into the Board of Directors (Verwaltungsrat). Furthermore, Mr. Muschik and Mr. Borer will
form the new management.
Dravya Life is pleased to report the election of Andreas Muschik, Benjamin J. Fischer and Cédric B. Borer into the
Board of Directors, after the Financial Market Authority (FMA) has given the supervisory approval die as of 23.
March 2015. Andreas Muschik has many years of comprehensive experience in leading positions within the
international insurance and reinsurance industry. Benjamin J. Fischer, investor, brings in his significant expertise
and excellent network in the Financial and Real Estate Industries. This will be completed by the vast expertise of
Cédric B. Borer, economist in the area of corporate finance and merger & acquisitions.
Simultaneously, Andreas Muschik und Cédric B. Borer will form the new management of the company. The FMA
has approved this dual function via a timely limited exceptional rule.
The commercial register (Amt für Justiz) has published these changes on 25. March 2015 respectively on 1. April
2015 (TB-Datum). Interested parties have access to the partial statement of the commercial register under the
online company-index www.oera.li. A legally attested copy can be ordered at the commercial register for a fee. In
addition, the company will provide copies in case of justified requests.
