Strategic alliance with Reifen Lorenz in Germany
Magna Tyres Group and tyre wholesaler Reifen Lorenz are very proud to announce the
establishment of their strategic relationship, from May 2015. This agreement is an important step
towards further introduction and continuation of “Magna” as well-known OTR tyre brand in
Germany.
Magna Tyres has found the ideal partner in Reifen Lorenz to further expand their OTR tyre activities
in Germany. Both companies contribute a valuable and long-term experience of tyre sales and
distribution to their cooperation.
Provisions of the agreement also include the new OTR tyre brand “MTP”. MTP is the new product
line of the Magna Tyres Group and includes various tread patterns designed for construction and
mining applications. MTP is characterized by fast delivery and a fair price level. Magna Tyres is
pleased that Reifen Lorenz will also contribute to the further brand recognition and sales of MTP
tyres in their region of Germany.
By including Reifen Lorenz to the network of Magna dealers in Germany , the aim to creating a
nationwide service network for the sales and marketing of Magna and MTP OTR tyres will be
enhanced.

About Reifen Lorenz
Reifen Lorenz GmbH wurde 1921 gegründet und betreibt 23 Filialen und 2 Lkw-Reifen-Runderneuerungswerke in
vier Bundesländern. Das inhabergeführte Familienunternehmen ist mittlerweile in der dritten Generation, seit
1993 ist Geschäftsführer Hermann Lorenz bei dem Reifen- und Autoservice-Spezialisten in der Verantwortung.
