SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS

The 2015 FIM Motocamp is organized by Deutscher Motorsport Verband e.V. im
DMSB, on behalf of the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM) and the
Touring and Leisure Commission (CTL). The event will be held from 10.06.2015 to
12.06.2015 according to the FIM Code for Touristic Gatherings (hereafter known as
CTG) – FIM Motocamp section; to the rules of the FIM and to these Supplementary
Regulations and to the FIM Environmental Code.

The first meeting of the Executive Committee will be held on 10.06.2015
at 17.00h, at Restaurant Poel Haber, Am Markt 4, 23999 Insel Poel / Kirchdorf
Subsequent meetings will be fixed by the Executive Committee.
Reg. 2 Participation in the Motocamp
According to the CTG (Motocamp: Arts. 2 & 4).
Reg. 3 Entries
Reg. 3.1 – Individual entries will be made on the form available for this purpose (or
the duplicate) which will be delivered to the FMNs by the organizer
(CTG Motocamp Art. 5).The FMNs will return the entry forms to the organizer after
verification (see address in Reg.1.1).

Reg. 3.2 – The FMNs will also add a summary list of the members entered; the sum
paid for the entry fee and for any additional accommodation (camping) in accordance
with Reg. 7.
Reg. 4 Entry Fee
The entry fee is fixed by the Federation of the participant. This is composed of the
organizer’s fee 130,-- Euro, plus any administrative expenses which may be added
by the FMN. The amount is fixed in Euro.
Children between the ages of 8 and 12 will pay 50% of the adult entrance fee.
Children under the age of 8 will be admitted free of charge.
The entry fee, plus any additional camping fees, will be paid in full (100%) by
the FMNs of the participants before 04.May 2015 to the following account:

All payments will be made in Euros (€). The transfer costs are to be paid by the
expeditor.
Reg. 5 Closing date for entries
The deadline for the entries is 04.May 2015.
Entries may be accepted after this date at the discretion of the Executive
Committee.
An additional charge may be made for late entries.
Reg. 6 Gifts, souvenirs and services for the participants
Every participant who has paid the registration fee receives the following minimal
benefits:
• Participation in the FIM Motocamp
• Accommodation on a camping site for the duration of the event
• 1st day: dinner
• 2nd day: breakfast, lunch, dinner
• 3rd day: breakfast, lunch, dinner
• Last day: breakfast
• Souvenir medal or pin
• Other souvenirs at the discretion of the organiser.
Reg. 7 Accommodation

Tent camping in the participants own tents, is compulsory. The organizer will provide a
campsite for this purpose. – 100% of campsite booking fee will be paid with
the registration. For those wishing to arrive early, the campsite will open from 14.00
on 08.Juni 2015. The charge for additional camping will be 15.-- € per night,
including breakfast.
Non-campers will not be classified.
The campsite bookings will be made on the “Accommodation & Excursions”
booking form. The amounts due for the accommodation will be paid at the same
time as the registration fee, i.e. before 04.May 2015 to the bank account quoted in
Reg. 4.
All payments will be in Euros (€) and will cover the transfer costs.
Reg. 8 Administrative Centre
The Administrative Centre will be open from 09.Juni 2015 at 09:00h
to 18:00h daily for the period of the Motocamp.

Reg. 9 Results and Classification
According to the CTG (Motocamp Art.12).
Reg. 10 Disqualifications
Under supervision of the Executive Committee, participants can be officially
disqualified if necessary.
Decision of the Executive Committee will be final on this matter.
Reg. 11 Prize-Giving Ceremony
According to the CTG (Motocamp Art. 14).
This will take place on the evening of 12.Juni 2015.
Reg. 12 National Delegates
Each participating FMN has the right to nominate one delegate holder of Tourism
Steward’s license. The nomination shall be made in writing to the organizer at least
15 days before the event. (See Art. 18.7 – Instructions to the Organizers and
Participants of a FIM Classic Touristic Gathering - Cat. A)

According to the CTG (Motocamp Art. 8).
The organizer can cancel the event:
– if, at the closing date, the number of entries is below 100.
– in the case of absolute necessity.
In the case of cancellation of the event, the participants who transmitted their entry
forms before the closing entry date will be notified.
Reg. 14 Awards
The following FIM perpetual trophies will be presented:
• FIM Motocamp Trophy – awarded to the FMN whose riders accumulate the
greatest number of points/kms
• “Ferruccio Colucci” Challenge – awarded to the FMN with the greatest
number of participants (motorcyclists & passengers).
• “Espana” Challenge – awarded to the club with the greatest number of
participants (motorcyclists & passengers).
The Motocamp organizers may present certain other awards at the discretion of the
Executive Committee.
Reg. 15 General
During the meeting of the delegates, the Motocamp Director will give information on
the daily programmes. Every evening at the time and place of dinner, the Organizer
will display on a board the details of the following day's programme (place and
departure time of the trips, meal times, planned events, etc.) Information will be given
in at least one of the official languages of the FIM. The delegates of the FMNs are
requested to collaborate in preparing a version in their national language.
Reg. 16 Responsibility of the participants (Liability of the Authorities,
Organizers and participants)
According to the CTG (Motocamp Art. 11) and Art. 19 (Touristic Gatherings of
Category A)
All participants must be in possession of a valid driving license and the appropriate
accident and 3rd party liability insurances valid for the countries through which they will
pass. Furthermore, the participants undertake to indemnify and exonerate the FIM, the
FMNR, the organizers and the officials, as well as their employees, officers and agents
from any third party liability for any loss, damage or injury, for which he/she is jointly
and severally liable.
Police instructions on the guided tours must be followed.
Daytime running lights are mandatory.
Reg. 17 Rider Conduct and Protection of the Environment

Motorcyclists are expected to consider other road users (CTG Motocamp Art.3).
Article 11.2 of the Environment Code – Rider Conduct
a) Individual motorcyclists should develop riding habits to ensure full integration with
other types of road users.
b) Ride safely and avoid aggressive and competitive riding.
c) Save petrol and reduce pollution by avoiding unnecessary idling of engines.
d) Ride politely and limit noise pollution by using your horn only in an emergency.
e) Noise annoyance. Use standard or another quiet exhaust system and keep audio
systems at a low level.
f) Use only routes which are open to motorcyclists.
g) Ride like a professional by riding at a quiet and unobtrusive pace when riding in
groups.
h) Respect nature by not travelling on paths which risk being damaged beyond a
point of natural recovery.
i) Protect wildlife and its natural habitat by riding intelligently.
j) Ensure that your used oil, tyres, batteries and other recyclable items are properly
recycled.
k) Encourage a rational use of fuel and space economy by using motorcycles instead
of driving automobiles.
l) Remember that our cities and our roads are not circuits.
