Output of the assets: The seller and provider reserves the right not to sell all assets at once. The
initial price of assets is 10 burst and can be customized.
Repurchase: The assets will be bought back guarantee from for a period of 1 year. It is desired to buy
back the assets also in the future. The buy back value is 5 burst per asset.
Cancellation and Ending of the asset: The seller and provider has the right at any time with a lead
time of seven days to end und cancel the asset. The notice shall be placed to the following forum:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=731923.0. Upon termination, the seller and provider must
place a buy back order with the value specified above under repurchase for the number of issued
assets. After the seven days the buyback order could be deleted and all the above stated agreements
will end. A legal right is excluded.
Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer: Please Know that the liability of the provider is limited, since this is
an Internet currency, the strong fluctuations may be subject. The currency is not an approved
method of payment and not established. It may well be that after a few months of the currency
completely discontinued or no longer being traded. So there is always a risk of total loss. The

Rückkauf: Die Anlagen werden garantiert vom Anbieter für die Dauer von 1 Jahr zurückgekauft. Es
wird angestrebt, auch über den Zeitraum hinaus, die Anlagen zurückzukaufen. Der Rückkaufswert ist
5 Burst pro Anlage
Kündigung und Beendigung der Anlage: Der Anbieter hat jederzeit das Recht mit einer Vorlaufzeit
von sieben Tagen die Anlage zu kündigen. Die Ankündigung muss dazu in folgendem Forum platziert
werden: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=731923.0 . Bei Kündigung muss der Anbieter eine
Rückkauforder für die Anzahl der ausgegeben Anlagen zu dem unter Rückkauf angegebenen und
aktuellen Rückkaufwert platzieren. Nach Ablauf der sieben Tage wird die Rückkauforder gelöscht
und alle oben genannten Verpflichtungen sind hinfällig und beendet. Ein Rechtsanspruch wird
ausgeschlossen.
Risikoaufklärung und Haftungsausschluss Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dass die Haftung des
Anbieters begrenzt ist, da es sich hier um eine Internetwährung handelt, die starken Schwankungen
unterliegen kann. Auch ist die Währung kein anerkanntes Zahlungsmittel und nicht etabliert. Es
kann durchaus sein, dass nach ein paar Monaten die Währung komplett eingestellt oder nicht mehr
