Definition «Entsandte/r» nach Entsendegesetz:
Eine Entsendung von Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmern liegt vor, wenn ein
Arbeitgeber Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer in ein anderes Land entsendet als er
seinen Sitz hat und als diese gewöhnlich ihre Arbeit verrichten, damit sie dort für einen
bestimmten Zeitraum in seinem Namen und auf seine Rechnung eine Arbeitsleistung
erbringen oder in einer Niederlassung oder einem Betrieb arbeiten, der zur
Unternehmensgruppe des Arbeitgebers gehört.
