Teilnahmebedingungen / terms of participation
Der Wettbewerb ist offen für alle nationalen und
internationalen Filmemacher.
The competition is open for all national and
international filmmakers.
Von jedem Einsender wird nur ein Video angenommen.
Each contestant may submit only one video.
Die maximale Laufzeit des Filmbeitrags darf 30 Minuten
nicht über- und 3 Minuten nicht unterschreiten.
The running time must not exceed 30 minutes
and bellow 3 minutes.
Sollte der Filmbeitrag beim Urban Video Walk gezeigt
werden, wird eine Kopie für das WELTKUNSTZIMMERArchiv einbehalten.
If your video is shown at the Urban Video Walk
the archive of WELTKUNSTZIMMER will
retain a copy of it.
Sollte das Video nicht für die Vorführung nominiert werden,
kann dieser dem/der Bewerberin auf Wunsch zurückgesandt
werden. Dafür muss der Bewerbung ein frankierter und
adressierter Umschlag beigelegt werden.
In the case your film is not nominated for it can
be returned by enclosing a self-addressed
stamped envelope.
Der/die Einsender/in stellt sicher, dass das verwendete Bildund Tonmaterial entweder sein/ihr Eigentum ist oder er/sie
die Genehmigung für die Verwendung besitzt (z.B. GEMA,
VG Bild-Kunst etc.). Des Weiteren werden keine (Werbe-)
Filme mit rassistischen, pornographischen, gewaltverherrlichenden oder sonstigen verfassungswidrigen Inhalten
akzeptiert. Für jegliche Verstöße haftet der/die Einsender/in.
The sender guarantees that the footage used in
the film is their property or that they have permission to use ist (e.g. Gema, or other collecting
societies). Furthermore films that contain racist,
pornographic, violent or any other unconstituti
onal material will not be accepted. The sender is
liable for any form of violation.
Der/die Filmemacher/in ist damit einverstanden, dass
Ausschnitte des Videos bzw. Stills im Rahmen der Berichterstattung in allen öffentlichen Medien und auf der WELTKUNSTZIMMER-Website verwendet werden.

Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.
