2.1 Die Veranstaltung ist sowohl offen für Sportler der Herren Elite und Damen Elite als
auch für Junioren, Juniorinnen und Herren U23. Die Veranstaltung ist im UCI Kalender
aufgenommen.
2.1The race is open for riders of Men Elite, Women Elite, Men Juniors, Women Juniors and
Men U23. The event is registered on the international UCI calendar.
2.2 Die Veranstaltung ist als HC-Rennen registriert. Es gelten die Regeln der UCI.

Article 5. Trainingszeiten / training time
Für Cross-Country Lizenzfahrer findet am Samstag, 02. Mai 2015 von 07.30 – 09.30 Uhr ein
inoffizielles Training auf der kompletten Strecke statt. In der Zeit von 11.45 Uhr - 15.00 Uhr
ist das Training nur eingeschränkt möglich, da im Start-/Zielbereich die Hobbyrennen
stattfinden.
There will be an unofficial training session for Cross-country licence riders on Saturday, May
2nd 2015 from 7.30 a.m. – 9.30 a.m. on the complete course. Between 11.45 a.m. - 3.00
p.m. training will be possible only in a restricted way, due to the amateur races that take
place in the start-finish area.
Article 6. Nummerausgabe und Rennbüro / distribution of race numbers and race
headquarters
Die Ausgabe der Startnummern für die Lizenzfahrer findet am Samstag, 02. Mai 2015 von
14.30 Uhr bis 18.00 Uhr statt. Am Sonntag, 03. Mai 2015 erfolgt die Ausgabe ab 07.30 Uhr
bis jeweils 1,5 Stunden vor dem Start des betreffenden Rennens. Die Startnummernausgabe und das Rennbüro befinden sich auf dem Gelände des Bouleclubs.
Distribution of the race numbers for the licence riders will be on Saturday, May 2nd 2015
from 2.30 p.m. until 6.00 p.m. On Sunday, May 3rd 2015 the race numbers will be issued
from 7.30 a.m. up to 1,5 hours before the start of the current race. The booth for the
distribution of the race numbers and the race headquarters are located on the site of the
Boule club.

Article 8. Siegerehrungen / award ceremonies
Die Siegerehrung der Herren Elite und der Damen Elite findet unmittelbar nach dem
Zieleinlauf des Herren Elite Rennens statt. Die Siegerehrung der anderen Rennen findet
jeweils nach dem Start des folgenden Rennens statt.
Das Nichterscheinen nach dem dritten Aufruf durch den Sprecher führt zum Ausschluss des
Preisgeldes.
Die Siegerehrungen finden gegenüber des Start-/Zielbereiches auf der Bühne statt.
Die ersten fünf des Rennes nehmen an der Siegerehrung teil.
The award ceremony of Men Elite and Women Elite takes place immediately after the finish
of the Men Elite Race. The award ceremony for the other races will take place directly after
the start of the following race according to the time schedule.
Nonappearance after the third call (by the official announcer) will lead to the exclusion of the
prize money.
The award ceremonies take place opposite the start-finish area, onstage.
The first five placed riders of the race attend the official awards ceremony.
Article 9. Strafen / penalties
Das UCI Strafenreglement wird angewendet.
The UCI penalty regulations are applicable.
Article 10. Dopingkontrolle / anti doping control
Gemäß den Vorschriften der UCI werden bei dem Rennen Dopingkontrollen durchgeführt.
Die Antidopingtest finden im Clubhaus des Bouleclubs statt.
According to the UCI regulations anti doping control will be implemented. The anti doping
tests will take place at the Boule Club.
Article 11. Besprechungen/ meetings
Am Vorabend des Rennens, am Samstag, 02. Mai 2015 um 18.00 Uhr erfolgt ein Briefing
für alle Beteiligten unter Teilnahme des Kommissärskollegiums im Kulturhaus
Silberwarenfabrik, Hauptstraße 63, 73540 Heubach.
On the eve of the race, on Saturday, May 2nd 2015 at 6.00 p.m. there will be a briefing for
all involved persons / team managers in presence of the members of the commissaires’
panel at “Kulturhaus Silberwarenfabrik”, Hauptstraße 63, 73540 Heubach

Für alle Besucher sind ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten am Veranstaltungsort
ausgeschildert. Teams bekommen eine Durchfahrtsgenehmigung zum Expo-Areal.
For all visitors sufficient parking spaces are available and signposted at the venue. Teams
will get a passage permission to drive to the expo area.
