Included in the network are:

„Vom Korn zum Brot“ – Erlebnis-Familienwanderung
Bei dieser Wanderung besuchen wir einen Bauernhof, wo Sie das
Leben des Bergbauern hautnah erleben können. Gleichzeitig können
Sie das Brotbacken im alten Steinbackofen miterleben und das frischgebackene „Bauernbreatl“ verkosten. Vom Bauernhof wandern wir weiter
in das Terner Mühlental, wo wir eine ganze Reihe von Kornmühlen
und die Erdpyramiden vorfinden. Wir besichtigen eine Mühle in Funktion. So können Sie erleben, wie durch die Kraft des Wassers, auf die
verschiedenen Bestandteile der Mühle übertragen, das Korn zwischen
den Mühlsteinen zerrieben und schließlich zu Mehl verarbeitet wird.

During this walk, we visit a farm where you can experience the life
of farmers. At the same time, you can look at the bread baking in the
old stone oven and taste the freshly baked “Bauernbreatl”. From the
farm we walk further into the Terner Mill Valley, where we find a lot of
grain mills and the earth pyramids. We visit a mill in function. So you
can experience how by the force of the water, which is transferred to
the various components of the mill, the grain is grinded between the
millstones and finally gets to flour.

Klangbad – Im Einklang sein
Nel corso di questa escursione visitiamo un maso contadino, possiamo renderci conto da vicino della vita dei contadini di montagna.
Contemporaneamente potete osservare la cottura del pane nell’antico
forno a legna ed assaggiare anche le pagnotte (“Bauernbreatl“)
appena sfornate. Dal maso proseguiamo il nostro cammino nella
Valle dei Mulini di Terento dove incontriamo tutta una serie di mulini
e di piramidi di terra. Visitiamo un mulino in funzione. Potete così
osservare come la forza idraulica, trasferita sui singoli componenti del
mulino, sminuzza il grano fra le macine, trasformandolo poi in farina.

Winnebachtal zum sagenumwobenen Hexenstein.
Nach Erzählungen hätten auf diesem Stein Hexen mit dem Teufel
getanzt und ihre Fußabdrücke hinterlassen.

Verwirrende jedoch relativ kurze aber hochinteressante Bergwanderung für Trittsichere im Frontgebiet des Dolomitenkrieges 1915–18.
Am Valparola Pass starten wir zum Forte N‘tra i Sass - (eine Festungsanlage mit Mueseum); 2168 m. Kurzweiliger Aufstieg durch Laufgräben und verwirrende Gallerien. Grandioser Aussichtsgipfel auf
2477 m - trotz der wenigen Höhenmeter (ca. 400) eine eindrucksvolle Bergtour.
Short yet highly impressive, this labyrinth-like tour of the WWI frontline in the Dolomites (1915-18) is for sure-footed hikers only. From
the Valparola pass the route leads up to the In Tra i Sass fortress and
museum (2168 m), from where it continues briefly uphill through a
multitude of communication trenches and tunnels used during the war.
The views from the peak (2477 m) are spectacular, making this a hike
to remember. The overall difference in altitude from the bottom to the
top is only approx. 400 m.

Einer der größten und zu den „grollenden Wetterseen“ gehörend,
zudem das tiefste Gewässer Südtirols. Der Fund eines bronzezeitlichen
Lappenbeiles weist darauf hin, dass schon der Mensch der Vorzeit
diese Höhen aufgesucht hat. Es ranken unheimliche Sagen um diesen
Ort - Grund und Herausforderung genug um eine Wanderung dorthin
zu unternehmen und unsere Neugier zu befriedigen. Ausgangspunkt
