DISPERBYK-2055 ist ein hochmolekulares Netz- und Dispergier
additiv, das ein sehr breites Anwendungsspektrum abdeckt.
Das Produkt ermöglicht die Herstellung qualitativ hochwertiger
Pigmentkonzentrate, mit denen nahezu der gesamte Polaritäts
bereich an Auflackbindemitteln von Langölalkyden bis hin zu
wässrigen Bindemittelsystemen abgedeckt werden kann.
DISPERBYK-2055 ist darüber hinaus hervorragend geeignet für
Gemischtanreibungen, in denen während der Anreibephase
mit Pigmentmischungen gearbeitet wird.
Da DISPERBYK-2055 anorganische und organische Pigmente
gleichermaßen deflockuliert und stabilisiert und auch hervorragende Ergebnisse bei Füllstoffen und Mattierungsmitteln
liefert, wird für solche Gemischtanreibungen jetzt nur noch
ein Netz- und Dispergieradditiv benötigt. Durch intelligente
Auswahl einiger wesentlicher Rohstoffe und ein hocheffizientes
Herstellverfahren ist es gelungen, ein Produkt zu entwickeln,
das nicht nur qualitativ überzeugt, sondern auch ein hervorragendes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis aufweist.

DISPERBYK-2055 is a high molecular-weight wetting and
dispersing additive that covers a very broad application
spectrum. It enables the production of high-quality pigment
concentrates that can be used to cover almost the entire
polarity range of let-down binders – from long oil alkyds
through to aqueous binder systems.

DISPERBYK-2055 is also extremely well suited to co-grinds, i.e.
where pigment blends are used during the grinding phase. As
DISPERBYK-2055 deflocculates and stabilizes both inorganic
and organic pigments, and also provides outstanding results
with fillers and matting agents, such co-grinds now only
require one wetting and dispersing additive. The smart
selection of specific raw materials and a highly efficient
production process have led to the development of a product
that is not only of high quality but also exhibits an outstanding
price-performance ratio.

BYK-1640 ist ein Entschäumer mit besonderer Vielseitigkeit.
Er lässt sich in Maler- und Bautenlacken, in Korrosionsschutz
lacken, Can Coatings und Papierbeschichtungen ebenso gut
einsetzen wie in Klebstoffen, bauchemischen Produkten und
Druckfarben. BYK-1640 ist nicht nur bei geringer Zugabe
menge wirksam, sondern insgesamt ein äußerst wirksamer
Entschäumer, der durch herausragende Leistung besticht. Das
Additiv ist mineralöl- und silikonfrei, darüber hinaus geruchlos
und lässt sich gut einarbeiten. BYK-1640 ist emissionsfrei und
leistet somit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Nachhaltigkeit und
Sicherheit von Produktionsprozessen.

OPTIBENT-Produkte – Auf laminaren Silikaten basierende
rheologische Additive – wurden speziell für Anwendungen in
Trockenmörtel- und Pastensystemen entwickelt. Diese Produkte
ermöglichen die gezielte Beeinflussung und Kontrolle bestimmter Eigenschaften, wie z. B. Viskosität, Fließgrenze (Stabilität)
und Verarbeitbarkeit. Wir bieten Produkte mit vielen Einsatz
möglichkeiten für zahlreiche Anwendungsgebiete.
OPTIBENT-Produkte sind für alle Anwendungen in Systemen
auf Basis von Mineralien geeignet, wie z. B. Klebstoffe,
Armierungsmörtel, Putze und Estriche. Für Systeme auf
Latexbasis empfehlen wir ebenfalls unsere OPTIGEL-Serie.
OPTIBENT products – rheological additives based on laminar
silicates – have been specially developed to meet the demands
of dry-mix mortars and paste systems. These products make it
possible to influence and control such specific properties such
as viscosity, yield point (stability), and workability. We offer
products for a variety of uses and applications.
OPTIBENT products are suitable for use in all mineral-based
systems such as adhesives, reinforcement mortars, plasters,
and screeds. For latex-based systems, we also recommend our
OPTIGEL series.
