Break-out Räume von je 36 m2, sowie Freiluftseminarbereiche
für Teambuilding Aktivitäten zur Verfügung.
The conference area of 377 sq m is dividable into 5 conference
rooms of a similar size. The adjacent atrium foyer, which is
very bright due to its panorama windows, offers direct access
to the garden terrace. Furthermore, there are 2 additional meeting/breakout rooms of 36 sq m each as well as alfresco seminar
areas for team building activities.

A2 bis Ausfahrt 111 Lafnitztal, danach folgen Sie der Beschilderung Stegersbach für 7 km bis zum ersten Kreisverkehr. Dort
biegen Sie rechts ab und fahren in Richtung Therme Stegersbach. Beim Thermenparkplatz führt der Weg rechts hinauf zum
Balance Resort.

for 7 km until the first roundabout. At the roundabout, turn
right and drive in the direction of the Therme Stegersbach.
Pass the parking area of the Therme on the right leading up
to the Balance Resort.

folgen Sie der Beschilderung bis zur Therme Stegersbach. Vor
dem Golf & Thermenresort biegen Sie rechts ab, ca. 50 m hinunter bis zum Thermenparkplatz und fahren dann links hinauf
zum Balance Resort.
Take the A2 until exit 126/127 Sebersdorf – Bad Waltersdorf,
then follow the signs to the Therme Stegersbach. In front of
the Golf & Thermenresort, turn right and drive approx. 50 m
downhill to the Therme parking area, turn left uphill to reach
the Balance Resort.
