FEBRUARY READING MARATHON
Free MATH & HOMEWORK HELP
Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 3:30-5:30 pm
Welcome all grades 3-9 w/RPL card
Drop-in center to study on your own or get help
from academically-qualified Ridgewood High
School teen volunteers. Basic school supplies,
fast internet, MACs/PCs, color printing.
BASIC SCHOOL ESSAY: Get It Write

Learn strategies for writing better essays, with
Tanya Lesser, a National Board Certified teacher.
You’re welcome to bring a current assignment
for individual feedback.

SAT/ACT/AP Focused Practice Time
Thursdays @ 3:30-5:30 pm
Have trouble forcing yourself to practice?
Bring your laptop and take advantage of the
strong study vibes generated by our Homework
Help Center in the Auditorium. Borrow test prep
books, set up a FREE account for “Shmoop”
online test prep (we will help), or use your own
study arsenal. Need a computer? MACs/PCs are
available in our 2nd floor Tech Training Center.
Every grade 6-8 student who reads at least
750 pages in February and submits a
Marathon registration form by March 2
earns a Ben & Jerry’s ice cream coupon.
