Name Field Requirement
Please be informed that it is required to input FOID for HX E-Ticket issuance.
Passenger will not be accepted on board if information of FOID does not contain
in PNR & ETR.
HX accepted FOID include:
PP - Passport
NI – National Identity
 Use passenger full name (same as passport) for Reservation & Ticketing.
 Name Spacing : Not allowed at Infant Surname field but Allowed at given name field.

Maximum Segments
Maximum 7 passengers per E-ticket transaction.
Maximum 16 segments including surface sector per passenger/E-ticket transaction.

pax in same airline RLOC 
Maximum 29 characters for ETR including “/” and space.
Abacus displays 31 name characters in ETR.
Abacus will send 29 characters in surname and 29 characters in given name including
space but excluding “/”. However, it is subject to the acceptance of maximum number
of name field characters for e-ticket issuance in airline’s system. Please check airline’s
PNR to ensure e-ticket number is received especially if given name is over 29
characters.“NEED INITIAL” will be returned upon eTicket issuance if surname is over
29 characters.
Allow multiple ETRs created in HX RLOC with different itinerary.
Require voiding unwanted Electronic ticket prior issue a new E-ticket.
