This is to announce the details of the Joint MRCP(UK)/HKCPIE Part
II (Written) Examination to be held in Hong Kong in March 2015.
Examination schedule and application arrangements are as follows:-
2
Application
Prof Daniel T M Chan
Candidates who wish to sit the above examination may apply through
any one of the three Royal Colleges by completing the application
form (Form C). Any candidate claiming exemption from Part I
should also complete Form A and submit a certified copy of their
primary medical qualification together with their exempting
qualification certificate.
According to the regulation of the MRCP(UK) Central Office, with
effect from January 2014, candidates who have failed the examination
six times previously must provide evidence of additional educational
experience for each re-sit. Thus, candidates are now required to
provide information on your previous examination attempts, if any, by
completing the enclosed supplementary information sheet. If this is
your 7th attempt at the examination or beyond, additional information
including completion of the attached MRCP(UK) attempt form is
required by your recent supervisor/programme director stating that you
are still in the training programme. Failure to provide such proof will
lead to rejection of your application for taking the examination.
